This coffee is really a great way to show your love for your loved ones. I mean if whisking coffee for 10 minutes for your sister/brother isn't love, then I don't know what is :D
Made this today! 4 T of each ingredient. Also added a touch of vanilla and a tiny pinch of salt. Let my stand mixer do the work with the whisk attachment, took about 3-4 minutes. Filled a glass with crushed ice and whole milk and added 2 spoonfuls of whipped mix! Yummy!

I always get my coffee rlly bubdly and never get this texture is there tip on getting it this perfect *I mixed it manually and got a stiff peak but not the same texture*
If you are using hot water to disolve it, it may be the reason why you cant achieve the consistency with a coffee frother. Basically, you want to incorporate air in the coffee and water mixture and the hot water makes the air bubles pop. My tip (I have been doing this forever): use very little hot water to disolve and then top up with cold water. Or just leave the mixture to cool before frothing. If you use a brand like Nescafe, it will disolve easily in cold water too. Also, many cheap imitations of Nescafe won froth no matter of the tools one uses.
Јелена Јариќ i have a question can you help me. I want to froth some milk, i used cold milk then put it in microwave for 30 sec because that’s what i watched in youtube. But the bubbles popped after i microwaved it. So now the milk is hot, i tried to froth it again and i succeeded. Why does the videos say to use cold milk but then mine didn’t froth that much while it was cold. Did i do something wrong? 🥺🥺🥺
Just gave it a go, and it was exactly how the video looked. My son is going to love you for this(: He adores iced coffees. I'm going to do my next one with chocolate. 🥰 Thank you!
This is an age old recipe... I had it like 20-25 years back we called it beated coffee... try with hot milk also... pour some mix and then hot milk... stir and enjoy
Morning 😂 honey this is a snack drink it any time of the day currently drinking mine but instead of 4 oz of coffee I used 2 oz of coffee & sugar & 2 oz of boiling hot water then I mixed until it was fluffy and added it to my 8oz of milk with ice cubes and stir it or it will just taste like milk 🥴 also I watched Emmymade that was the recipe she used!!
Hey guys! Here is a pro tip. I usually use a hand whisker, I grab it between my palms and roll it faster. It takes only 2-3 minutes and makes extremely creamy mixture. Also we drink it with straw starting from above taking the coffee cream and slowly pushing the straw towards the milk while siping. Haha that's just how we prepare and drink it and it works best.
I'm so excited about this. It would be good with some vanilla mixed into the froth or dolloped into a coconut, hazelnut, vanilla or caramel-infused milk, or served as a standalone dessert with some homemade whipped cream on top, or crushed hazelnuts sprinkled on top or over yogurt, ice cream, chocolate cake, omg the possibilities are endless...
