thanks a lot. very informational. it seems my motorcycle has the same problem. but air is pushing out of engine into the carburetor. there is pressure build up in fuel tank also

but i one thing i want to correct, the other pipe (except breather pipe), is for PAV system (pulse air valve), this extra air comes from airbox and helps to burn the unburn fuel/carbon monoxide to make pollution free emission

Ali bhai ek idea deta , breather pipe pehle air filter box me atta ab tume filter box nikal diye na to mera idea ye hai ki tume tvs victor ka oil filter lagao dono breather pipe me , bole to dhul matti nai jana engine me accha nai rata na oil filter kaam karta deko chota ata size me wo, thanks bhai acche videos hai tumare.

Bhai i want to transplant gs150r engine on fz16. Can you pls suggest will gs150r engine will fit in fz16 chassis.
Engine has hot oil and that oil has some evaporation. some of those gases again convert to oil in engine itself. But some go out and a pipe will be connected to air filter box and we can find some oil and also as you said the breather should get fresh air so it always should be in air filter box as it gets fresh air along with carb. This is what i know from my Pulsar 150. 😁😎 Am i right bro.??
you are right - breather pipe enables to escape blow by ( combustion gas escaped into engine case)

why air come from breather pipe
-it is blowby gas ... which is escaped from piston ring while compression stroke ..n some evaporation of oil these gases passes through number of channel which does not allow oil to come out dats y only air comes out .... well u can find some oil in filter box which comes through breather pipe.. well this happen mainly after cold start of vehicle .. wen u turn off the ignition at night .. vehicle can be shut down at any stroke ..if it compression stroke and at power stroke vehicle shut down .. dat air fuel mixture escape in cranck case chamber .. dat mixture create pressure whil cold starting and high pressure lead to oil escape from breather pipe...dats enough i think ..well i m ZMA lover too..

- it is secondary air circulation system which has air pump (one way type of valve).. which is connected to air filter box and second one is connected to T joint which is connected to manifold and air cut valve of carb.. it provide oxygen to exhaust gases which is not fully burned..to reduce carbon monoxide content

I have a hatz 1d81z it leaked oil from exhaust manifold and l changed the stamp seals.after putting new seals the problem started again leaking oil from exhaust and l thought maybe the engine head was damaged and l changed the engine head with everything new but still it's leaking oil through the exhaust what could be the problem?

This pipe goes into airbox and then down , right ? It is plugged at the bottom in stock Karizma.
yes breather pipe goes to the bottom in stock Zma..(positive crankcase ventilation)

facing a problem like when i ride at a high rpm and speed touches 120+ and after running at at constant high rpm
Then engine oil starting over flowing from Engine Breath Pipe through the Air Filter Box and the Filter got Damaged and as well as that over flowed oil coming out from the Air Filter Drain Pipe
And Engine Oil Level Decreasing
What's the problem here ? And Please give the solution

That is idiot people's work. They replace air filter box with a 12v 1200rpm fan. They don't know that it actually blocks air flow and makes engine run rich (and dust gets inside also)

remove spark plug add oil and kick some.. remove all the oil ...add spark plug .. n try to kick if compression is there means ur compression is lost due to worn out piston ring .. if compression is still not there well u have leakage through valve seat

How about if you put air filter in engine breather hose?
Fit Nano car's fuel filter in the hose then put the another end to the air filter.
