The Leafs need to do whatever it takes to sign O'Reilly. He would be worth every penny even if he sat out the entire regular season and just suited up for the playoffs. He is the missing ingredient the Leafs have needed.

Small thing I liked from Keefe.
When the puck went off the post immediately before the goal, he had the same "damn it" reaction everyone else did.
Then he smiled, shook his head and talked to his assistant. *No panic, even in a game the Leafs were trying to steal.

True, in most cases though, it happens all the time, and isn't that special... What was good, was that IS THE COMPLETE opposite of what the Leafs playoff identity has been since the Matthews, Marner era.. It seems like in every playoff game when they were down, and out, they looked visibly frustrated, and angered via the broadcast. You could just tell in most cases morale was just down. Tonight seemed like the exact opposite to me, and they really faced adversity, and overcame it. I'm not even a Leafs fan, I'm a Wings fan, so in theory I should hate this team, but I just can't for some reason, I of course like when my team beats them, but I don't get that "good good" feeling, like I do when we beat the Penguins, or Avs, or Blackhawks. I think Leafs fans should still be concerned, but still be very hopeful. I commented on a The Hockey Guy video about this a few weeks ago, and I truly meant this, and to this day still believe this, I thought this series was going to 1 or 2 ways. 1 being the Leafs just stomp the Bolts, and win 4-0, and the 2nd being the Leafs lose 1, and win 4-1. I still fully expect this to happen. Good luck boys.

Teams now are doing what Point did. If you get knocked down and it ‘looks’ bad, you go off and down the tunnel like you’re injured. The officials seem to take into account that there is an injury and if there is, they can easily call a major. Point got back pretty quick after looking like he was out for the rest of the game, at least. You have to know how to manipulate the officials and Tampa did this again.

How many times do we as leaf fans get frustrated by "getting goalied"? Well, tonight we won a game in large part due to Sammy goalie-ing the Bolts for the final 59 minutes. Hopefully that's not the only script we flip in these playoffs. GO LEAFS GO!

Its a chump move by a guy made of glass.

Look at all the new Leafs players that contributed to this win!? This was a organizational win, as it took everyone doing their job to make it happen. It was not a thing of beauty, but I think these are the types of games Tor could not, and did not win, in the past. What the Leafs lacked in shots and offense they made up with blocked shots and hits....truly a gritty win.
