Im on day two fighting him. I got to his void barrage attack three times in a row yesterday, meaning he was almost dead. I’ll try your jump technique tonight, hope today is the day :) I want to kill him at least 2 or 3 times in a row before I attempt p4 again
i found a slightly more consistent way to avoid void barrage. forgo the dash all together and do a max height double jump and full drift in towards him to land right in his face as the attack ends. you'll likely only get one slash in but it's way more stable for me at least.
2:33 that tip about touching ground every once in a while to prevent PV from jumping is gold
For a vessel with no voice to cry suffering, it sure does have a lot of vocals in its theme

The thing is when pure vess use silver dagger its your opportunity to smack him but he might continue his attack by using counter stance so yeah

I be getting 3 hits on when I do that, but that again, I have quick slash and mark of pride. 😂

Great tactics, but which charms are you using?
I totally use a different tactic:
60% frontal
20% behind
20% aerial
But this works too.
