Hi Jesse, we’re Roll Road Ebike. Love your videos! Are you interested in reviewing our Emma 3.0? We sent you an email before, please get back to us if you’re interested! Look forward to working with you!
I’m not they honestly have really good picture quality excluding low light which is rarely ride in.. I recently switched to the action 5 for the battery life and easy use of the dji mic 2.. go pro got lazy didn’t innovate .. and the direction they chose this year was 2 steps back 😊
Noticing a slight jello effect during 3:00 mark on the chin mount. When you're walking around. If this is the wide angle and stabilization turned off, watching it is making me nauseous. On the bike is not bad. Definitely prefer the action wide.
OMG the dual audio recording is a bit of a game changer. Can the Cardo handle two connections? Can I have it connected to the phone AND the camera at the same time? And will it pick up music / phone calls being played through the Cardo, or only the voice from the mic? The 'rider' part is good, too, for group rides.
This review, to me, is the best review for motovlogging of any camera. Well done and thank you so much. You convinced me and thanks to you i just ordered the Ace pro2 🙏🏽💪🏽
The Yamaha R9 is stunning in the flesh. You have to see it physically not in photos. Great value for money with an awesome CP3 engine. It's also quite bigger than you expect when you see it.
Picked mine up today. I am using 4k60 HDR, Leica Vivid, EV Comp -0.3, High bit rate, h265... No ND filters, so auto ISO and stuff. Would you suggest Low or medium sharpness for those settings? And the R9 will be brilliant. Guys that obsess about the peak HP, don't get it. It's a killer motor and will be amazing on the street and still brilliant on the track. On the road, it will leave the R6 for dead on any mountain road, and it will beat the R6 0-100mph....
The look of the R9 is one you have to see in person. I love the MT09 so the R9 at worst is still going to be a good bike. I originally was going to get a CBR650R or even the CB but after riding the MT09sp (23 and 24), I might get the R9 if I can’t get the MT.
I think not having any stabilization really adds to the experience of what it's really like to ride a motorcycle. Maybe for Motovlogging stabilizing the shots is great but everything else I agree no stabilization gives viewers the raw experience. Great review Jay!
Finally, a removable lens cover. Was about to pull the trigger on the Osmo Action 5, but this video made me think twice. Can't help but think motovlogging is high on their checklist because most of the new features caters to what motovlogers need like the audio connectivity to cardo and the semi built in wind muff. As always, great video mate. Congratulations, I see your vid made it in the promo ad of pro2.
The dual track audio feature works only with a bluetooth microphone? Doesn't work with the regular old 3.5mm jack microphone? If it doesn't, does it at least do the thing where it reduces background noise when you talk, but it allows background noise when you don't talk? Similar to how GoPro does it like dynamic voice enhancement?
New Sub here! This was excellent. I've had the AP for the last year and love it. It's a little heavy compared to the comp but it has been amazing everywhere else. I'll turn off my stabilization since I've had it on high. What has been hands down amazing has been the low light - pure mode and the Phone App. Makes editing a breeze.
You are my favourite channel that I discover this year in TH-cam💪, and love your video. Because of you, I'm thinking about investing in Insta 360 and starting my adventure with the motorcycles channel 😎. Jay, what backpack Alpainstar do you have in this movie, and that’s hoodie is motorcycle or just basic ?
Interesting Review Jay Thank You! I am about to sell all my Go Pro Stuff and wanted to Switch to the DJI Gear because I already got a Pocket 3 and the Drones from DJI seem tempting too. A comparison between Ace Pro 2 and DJI Action 5 would be fire. What would you recommend? Cheers from Germany
If you want more colors and don't care about image quality go with the action 5pro (the image is a bit noisy because of the low bitrate). If you want really good images and shoot on the color profile that is integrated then choose the ace pro. For me the ace pro is 100% better. Cheers from Düsseldorf!
@@RohanSanjith I know but the ace pro 2 has still a higher bitrate and after the update the battery life went down and it overheats faster the image looks still kind of blurred compared to the ace pro. I have friends with both cameras
Decent products but if insta360 doesnt get their customer service in check they will end up like goPro one day. I have had 2 ace pros... Good video Jay
Still between the Action 5 and the Ace Pro 2 - can't wait to see how low light footage looks on the AP2 Edit: Got to the end, low light still looks great.
Hello Jay, nice video quality. I was wondering if there is a way I can record audio from Helmet and exhaust into my Go pro, at the same time. I would not like to use an infependent recorder for exhaust. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks !
*For 4k30 settings storage capacity you runnin and what brand? For that cspacity how long does it last? how many batteries you carry for this whole footage? That would be coold to know. I sub right away seeing you on main insta360 channel. I actually purchased the ace pro as for introduction in this hobby. Cheers mate.*
excellent Product review Jay. I am an old ace pro user, just bought that after watching your video review for ace pro. One thing I always wonder. How your youtube video quality is so clean. I try to edit and export it out via Davinci as well, my export settings are 4k 60 fps, bitrate set to 148000, but when I upload it on youtube i can see some grain like effect in my video. Can you let me knw if I am doing something wrong.
@@JayJankulovski You did a slick job man but Im weird and look for that stuff lol. Keep making some of the best content out here man. You are crushing it!
Was there any adjustment you made to the Cardo, when you paired it with the Insta360? I've tried connecting my Cardo Edge to my Ace Pro (the original model, obviously), but the noise cancellation seemed to be a little too aggressive for natural sounding audio - like the first syllable of a sentence would get clipped. But your audio is amazing!
Yeah so Cardo is always trying suppress the wind and will only ‘open’ up the mic when it thinks it can hear a voice. So it might miss the beginning of your sentences. So what I’ve gotten used to doing is saying an extra word before the actual stuff I want to say. And I’ll cut that first word out in the edit :) for example I’ll say ‘alright’ then say the rest of what I wanted to say so it has a second to realise I’m talking if that makes sense. Found this works for me :)
When you said you don't use stabilization I understood why I got motion sickness while watching a movie, it's hard to watch it when everything is flying and swaying
It would be really cool if you could record the cardo audio und your own audio with a lav mic so you can tweak the audio to your liking (make the cardo /your own voice louder)
That’s just how the Cardo works, that’s why there is the dual track audio feature where you can turn up the audio of the internal ace pro mic to get the audio of the engine.
