      I enjoy making them and I have got to the stage now where there are so many things I have not shown in the videos and kind of feel obliged to, as there is no script to this crazy show and it just rolls off the stage, seems silly to hold back and be P.C.

    Hi Miles, just sub'd to yr channel. Nice show mate and lovely to see the broads in the winter.
    Ranworth bins are a joke, they used to have a compacting skip there but was removed last year i think. Now the rubbish stacks up until the bin men empty them every two weeks.
    As an avid walker in the area I see the shopping bags full of rubbish thrown into the reeds - it is not good and doesnt bode well for our Broads (to much money spent on admin, Directors and wardens...)

      It all boils down to having 240 volt and good enough wifi at the same time. A luxury I used to take for granted. 9 times out of 10 one has to tether through the smartphone and that can be like swimming through treacle.

      +Sailing High Seas yeah, i see you had to upload a few times before it loaded properly, first one with no sound... WiFi, a luxury i take for granted most of the time at home...
      If i may - as i've seen all your Vblogs, would be nice to have a before and after walk round of the boat, inside and out... See how things have changed over the few years... I loved the early vids the most, the rawness of it all, the problems and solutions, the middle of the night noises/sky shots...
      Sad to hear about the bins, really does put people like myself off when things like that happen... But i still have a week end on Sep booked

      I have a huge catalogue of before and after shots and will be editing and filming them in that sequence as I enjoy the transformation myself.

    Hi Miles. You obv know exactly where the bins are. I can only think of Ranworth and Gay's Staithe, possibly, on the North?
    Great to see you on your vid's as always!
    All the very best to you.
    Richard

    Now that you have been on the broads for about 4 years, where are your favourite places?

    • @NorfolkBroadsForum
      @NorfolkBroadsForum  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Probably true to say the North Broads but if I was to pick a favourite spot.... I could not.

      Sailing High Seas - Boat Life Vlogger ,I also prefer the north broads and have a mooring at sutton staithe.(boat to arrive soon with some luck)have you discovered any places that not many people visit? One of the places I want to see is the small staithe off of barton broad which you visited and I didnt know existed.

      I would not want to spoil the fun you will have finding them yourself, however, most are wild moorings without a shadow of doubt. That is a luxury you cant easily practice on the south Broads though in my opinion.

    Perhaps they were EU funded bins .... Seriously, what does the Broads Authority, (or whatever they call themselves this year,) have to say about it ?
