Although Taho was originated in China, Taho peddlers are all over in the country of the Philippines as well. But wherever you are, Taho can be easily made from your own kitchen. It is a sweet tofu pudding dessert prepared from soy milk with sago or tapioca pearls and arnibal (brown sugar syrup). Taho is a favorite treat or a comfort food for breakfast or for merienda (snack). The delicious taste of Taho is forever etched in every child’s memory. That is why Taho is a very popular snack that everyone is looking for regardless of their age.
INGREDIENTS
***Soft Tofu***
80 g (2.8 oz, 1 pk) soy bean pudding powder (The 3.3 kg in the video is an error)
1 cup water, room temperature
½ galloon soy milk
***5 minute Boba, Tapioca Pearls***
1 quart water
250 g cup tapioca pearls
2 tsp sugar
***Arnibal***
2 cups water
2 cups brown sugar

Are you sure that is 3.3kg of tofu pudding flour? it looks more like 330 grams. I don't think you would be able to dissolve 3.3kg with one cup of water???

You are right! The 3.3 kg is a typo error. The actual weight of 1 pk soybean pudding powder that we used is 80 g (2.8 oz). We appreciate you for catching it.
