4 lbs. boneless chicken thighs
1 tbsp black pepper
2 bulbs garlic, chopped

1 cup banana ketchup
1 cup dark soy sauce
3 tbsp sugar
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup oil
1 cup Sprite soda
***Basting Sauce***
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup banana ketchup
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
***Dipping Sauce***
3 small green peppers, sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp soy sauce
