Well I don't know about you but I ended this game when I was 13 years old I m very much in to games since my childhood it all about passions but now I m 32 years old and whenever I see these games I always went to my childhood memories ahhhh alas may those days come back
Maybe they play each level multiple times, until get a flawless run, then just edit it to make it look like they beat it without dying. (Not that there aren't people who can beat games without daying)
I beat this game (and many other games) with the unbeatable highest score around the neighborhood many times in 1990-1992 when I was only 10-12 years old. I know I would never ever be able to defeat Takeshi's Castle though. I was blessed with a good brain/IQ but paired with shameful physique. Takeshi's was waaaay harder IMO... 😅😅😅

this video took me to a very special day. I was in 6th grade when we friends had a full day Adventure Island marathon, we had a 17" B&W tv in our store room for gaming, to not to disturb cable tv. We played, paused the game for several times when we got tired, we ate, slept, played cricket in the meanwhile. and that is how we spent 8+ hours of that special day during that summer vacation and we couldnt defeat that final boss bcz we couldnt save our player with lvl-2 bullets (rockbreaker) for the final stage.

Cuando era pequeño jugaba este en las maquinas arcade que era de tiempo nunca me alcanzaba para acabar el juego y mi mamá no podia comprarme una consola hasta que empeze a trabajar me compre una consola china que traia todos los juegos buenos de finales de los 80's y principios de los 90's recuerdo me costo 20 dolares y eran una copia del sistema family y la consola parecia al primer playstation pero con un color rojo y azul bien corrientita pero por fin pude acabar el juego de adventure island y castlevania que eran mis favoritos tarde dias y horas antes que se me quemara la consolita jajaja
