I have been there. There was no lip-syncing. And I was involved in the editing of one of those "Hollywood in Vienna" Show some years back so I know that there is no such trickery. It was a cool evening, but boy was it loud. I was recovering from a ripped eardrum that happend half a year before. It was somehow healed up, but still not in perfect condition. And the volume at the finale made my ear go nuts so I had to cover it up! I felt somewhat cheated of missing out on a great performance.
