I wish I never saw how much my agency makes compared to me the RN case manager. They are taking such a high cut it’s mind blowing. 40 dollar an hour could be doubled. As soon as I can I’ll bail on these agencies
That's not always the case. You're thinking about the travel nurse agencies. For home health, they can make a cut of $10-$20 an hour. I know because i know what the rates are.
Well I've taken the exams for the second time now and still didn't succeed, i wonder how those who succeeded did it🥺😭
Just say "I haven't passed yet." Don't take it as a failure but see it as a learning opportunity. There is a lot of power in "Yet"; you are telling yourself that you will get there and that your eyes and heart are still fixed on your goal.
I failed 3 times, i lost money to reviews that never helped but the major thing is that I've not lost hope
After using uworld twice and failing, I never knew I could ever pass the NCLEX but today I am very happy, I just passed my NCLEX on my third attempt with a great help for Miss Catherina..
I have sat for NCLEX Exam for the 4th time now and still failed , i guess licence isn't meant for people like me😭😭😭

It depends on your states rules and regulations.
How do I hire a RN without having my business started already
