Hello Coach: Is it beneficial to have a Medical license as they only pay $15 an hour here in Marysville CA. This is why IHSS is embedded in each county to provide home care services rather than go through private home care. While caregivers are paid a minimum of $17.50, can someone that have more details explain more information if this is really beneficial to home care agencies?

Check with your payroll company. If not, you may have to use Ga state WC.

I would recommend creating a sample folder for your client and caregiver folders to ensure all folders are compliant. If organization isn’t a skill you have or task you enjoy, I recommend hiring an assistant.
