    Hi Coach! I want you to know that i pray for you everyday! You are such a blessing to the world. I thank you for sharing your knowledge in this business. I know it was once as hard for you as it is for us to begin. You're giving away a LOT of VERY valuable information for free to those of us that cannot at yhis time afford to pay you to help us. I just want to say thank you from the very top to the bottom of my heart from me, and for aaaaallllll of the people who watch and learn and havent had the opportunity to do so themselves. Keep going coach! 💪 and i pray continued blessings all over you and ALL and EVERYTHING that you love!

    Hi Coach very informative video thank you!
    ⛔How do you establish that a client will need a RN or a CNA? Is that my job to establish a medical necessity, the PCP assessment or by the money amount the client is provided by the insurance daily?
    Kind regards.

    • @IAMCOACHMICHELE
      @IAMCOACHMICHELE  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The level of care is determined after an assessment is completed. It depends on your state’s R&Rs regarding who can conduct an assessment.

    Hello CM! I appreciate you more than I can ever express! Our situation: In Texas we are an unlicensed care home with NPI & in the process of applying for Medicaid provider.
    1) Is this enough for us to be paid through LTC insurance?
    2) We are nonprofit. I was told by a friend I should do the business LLC or DBA instead...Not sure why she assumes that is better. Any suggestions on this?

    I'm starting a nonprofit luxury housing program for elderly & disabled adults but we only plan to offer housing to the residents & they can use third party agencies for client care. There will however be a property caretaker/security on site. How can we bill insurance for the resident's monthly rent at our alternative style living program?
    Also, thank you so much for your coaching!

      Worked with disabled adults for years. They didn’t have that type of insurance. Also, there was a move away from a group home type setting years ago. Sounds like it may work better for elderly.

      It depends on your state’s rules. However, there isn’t a specific rule pertaining to the dollar amount.

    So if I’m strictly private pay, I can technically accept a client with long term care insurance as long as they (the clients) are able to and willing to pay us and submit to their insurance ..correct?

    • @IAMCOACHMICHELE
      @IAMCOACHMICHELE  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The client can pay you and get reimbursed or you can submit a claim to the LTC for reimbursement.

      Get an ein# (lara) is who we use in MI ,register ur business name in ur state, get a business bank account contact ur local human service office they can help u apply with the state, they will ask u to send in some of the doc that I mentioned above. They will have u to have a number Champs) Is what they call it here, after u turn in ur Champs # & those doc into the state, then once its approved u will get that providers number, there's a little more docs needed but again the person that's assigned to ur case will send u a list of docs that they need to approve u of ur providers #, I pray this helps a little.
