Great Tutorial! Thanks for uploading. I struggled a bit to get the pipe on the new part slotted back in to the notch (shown at 10:35 in the video) so I used a bit of fairy liquid and it slid into place much easier. Reaching that bleed nipple and turning it is tricky but got there in the end.
Thanks for this mate, I had the pedal stay down while manoeuvring a carpark. It only happened twice and both times I lifted it up with my foot and then it’s fine. It does feel a bit harder to go through gears though. Could it be the clutch? Have you any videos how to bleed the system? That part scares me. Cheers great video
Thanks for sharing, I went from Barcelona to Chișinău Moldova with my Opel vivaro van. Upon arrival I realized that I had lost a little brake fluid in that area, the cylinder oozed a little, I dried it and in two days it has not returned To lose the issue is that I have to return to Barcelona. Do you recommend that I change it before the return trip or wait until I arrive in Barcelona. Greetings and thank you
I presume the kangoo2 is a similar setup? I ve lost pedal on mine but no evidence of fluid loss from slave or resevoir.......and i m told theyre not uncommon on kangoo

Many thanks in advance

thanx i can try it myself
Good video, next time just take that hammer away from your work colleague please.
how do u adjust the pedal play?
You can’t you must bleed the system properly and then you will have a firm pedal
I despise working on the vivaro B. I’m convinced it’s been designed to just annoy mechanics. Nothing is straight forward on them.
I hate my vauxhall vivaro 2016 plate they are dreadful a lot of garages near me wont work on them they all tell me to sell it 😮
Why are they telling you to sell it?
