TUF a15 gpu got thermal throttle (don't auto overclock) at 80 degree gpu temps and it happens a lot + tuf a15 have 4 mudule tam whereas hp have 8 modules which gives hp aprox 20% ram performance advantage (cheap corner by asus)
Asus have adaptive display which is very good.
And ryzen controller also lower temps by reducing overall cpu usage which will do result in performance drop.

Im using ASUS TUF A15 2021 version and a simple laptop cooler can solve the entire thermal problem. Every gaming laptop gets hot when performing heavy tasks, so upon buying one, you should probably get a cooler too. Make sure to get the most suitable cooler for your laptop (like can the fans of your cooler be on the exact location of your laptop's vents underneath its chassis?)
Both laptops are good cuz my brother's got the HP Pavilion.
But I still prefer ASUS TUF A15 2021 version because of its tough built and unique style. As of gaming performances, it is doing a great job even when its on ultra high settings. Im still getting High FPS when its plug in. I played AC Origins for hours while plug in and did not experience any fps drops. The thermal is good, did not get any temp above 73 celcius (with the cooler)

I also don't understand why people are boasting on Internet about HP bad build quality & hinges quality. HP Pavilion gaming 15 series has good hinges quality.
But we just need to take a little bit care.

No, i have owned it for over 4 years now. The lubricant in hinges dries up from the heat of exhaust fans and jams them up slowly over time. After a year hinges jammed and broke off.
And they broke off because the back panel is plastic and the hinges are metal and those metal screws ripped apart the chassis.
HP Quietly fixed this in the newer models but the first generation was prone to bad built quality.
Trust me. The issues are real!
You won't understand this because maybe you have not gone through this.
And the worst part is repair costs estimated by HP service centre pune is 28700 Rs.

When it was new it was very smooth and I could open the laptop with one hand.. Please tell me a solution.. Should I get the hinge lubricated by a professional..will the laptop get damaged if I leave the hinge be?.. Please reply
@@silverlock373 yes, unfortunately. Its the very end of life of thay hinge. I will suggest STOP CLOSING/OPENING THE LAPTOP. go to HP AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE and get a spare hinge and replace it before the PLASTIC BODY BRAKES, it will cost you arround 5k INR.

asus tuf heats when charging and gaming same time . some of the gamers dont know that cooling system off when charging but we can turn it on in battery options it would fix it

I have been using Asus Tuf F15 and trust me guys it's the best. No thermal throttling and it's got such a nice look. The RGB keyboard never gets old. And if you feel like it has less vents then you can just cut out some yourself in the honeycomb designs with a hot knife. The performance is great, its fast and the armory crate that Asus Tuf laptops has is really helpful. I never faced any problems in it. I just love it.

@@tartartartartar2731 Well I have played Valorant, GTA V, Genshin Impact and Apex Legends on it. I faced no issues. You could easily get around 90 FPS in GTA V. I have played for long hours like 7-8 hours, and it shows great performance. But mind the fan noise, it gets really loud. Your room temperature matters too.

My pros and cons-
Pros- thermals are very good even after playing for more than 4 hours (normal games-CSGO,Valorant) and normal use such productivity apps and web surfing
-audio quality is crystal clear due to B & Oaudio but loudness is not enough when you are in noisy place ,its not even reaching 60 degrees C
-I get 100+fps in both games (csgo and valo) even on ultra settings
-it opens with one hand
-brightness is enough for people who play or work in room or in home
-no performance drops (I mean fps drops) and Wi-Fi 6 is there so I get very low latency in games
-you get GeForce experience and Radeon graphics control panel also with omen command center
-trackpad quality is beast but small (for office work and content creators) you have to Cary a external mouse with you
-keyboard is matte finish so you will not notice fingerprints on keyboard and very silent
-GTX 1650ti is Gddr5
-battery life while playing games-2.5hours max on 50%brightness and 1.5 hours on 100% depends on the game you play
Battery life while doing normal work such as office or productivity apps -4-5hrs max on 100% which is the best I think compared to other laptops such as tuf ,etc
Cons-
-the plastic used in this laptop is low quality and you fingerprint on the body of laptop can be seen even on very light touch on the laptop(you have to keep this laptop clean ) avoid touching oily or greasy hands on it otherwise it would look like shit.
-hinge quality is not good cracks sound comes from it when you open or close laptop , I can’t ensure the long term of hinges in it
-webcam is average quality but for normal use such as for students and online classes it will work but professionals have to buy a new external webcam for it
-build quality is cracks in the whole laptop wherever I touch the cracky sound comes
- num pad gets heated while playing games and multitasking
-Screen bleeding 🩸 is there a bit but it’s normal in gaming laptops
-battery is average (common)
-Color accuracy is not good enough but it’s also common I think I would not recommend this laptop to professional content creators
-I am not a editor or 3d renderer but I would say it would work in this
-better than ASUs tuf only design of tuf is better otherwise this will be the best option in the gaming laptops

Man the 2020 pavilion model way better in thermals and ports selection you could check out that and the design i s way more gaming and vents are thorougly big. I didn't got more than 65 degrees on it for playing continuously for one and half hour dying light, sekiro or red dead redemption

Im using tuf base variant with 144hz display.. Mine never goes above 84'c.. And I don't even use ryzen controller.. The 1660Ti and the 2060 gets hot.. But not the 1650 nd 1650ti..

I bought a HP ec2004ax laptop three days back and I noticed the display is on the Red side i.e. more saturated and not having a pure white background in the Display ( we tend to get pure white background in every website or anything we open, but here I am able to see more redder screen display)
Is it the case with my laptop or everyone with the same model having the same display.
