As others have said I want to start doing leatherwork and would rather than hear music have dialogue on what various tools are called and details of glues etc

Нет там восковой смеси никакой, подогревает кожу , наносит воск, подогревает воск , он впитывается. Результат в общем то на любителя.

По виду латексный, но его рекомендуют перед склеиванием 10минут выдержать, но он наверное не на изделии не стал заморачиваться.

а зачем токонолить до воска? или вощить после токонола? вроде с токо лучше выглядел, более ровным и блестящим

По моему это не токоноле а клей
Может грунт под покраску, он работает почти так же как токоноле( только не кидайте тапками ;)
