4s and Del Sur are gorgeous neighborhoods. I'm moving to the Farms in Poway. I'm a bit bummed so far the all the landscape is so brown and we don't have the nice grass fields. Damn water restrictions.
The population went up but not too bad. Camino del Norte has more traffic because they built more housing in the West area near the Target. 15 years ago none of that was there

They usually get greener during the winter time. Have they announced what restaurant was going inside The Farm?
