Depends on what you are trying to spend. I had a family that we were helping yesterday that if they were to wait 6 months based off of their credit and debt they were able to increase their home price $150k from where they were today, just by a little planning. I know it stinks having to wait 6 months but it made a very big difference for them. Just a thought 💭 happy to help. We can look at options with you too. Unfortunately not any more, homes in Escondido are in the mid $500’s starting prices. Have you looked at Temecula Ca?

Temecula is great but you need to be ready for the drive back to Escondido that is one brutal drive
