  • This is what half a million dollars could buy you in Copenhagen, Denmark.
As well as being an apartment tour of my apartment :)

Lovely apartment! And great channel. Your channel resonated with me as I too moved back to my home country (Australia) after a few long stints of travel/digital nomad. And I also bought an apt about 3 years ago! lol I am very curious, Denmark is always ranked 1 or 2 in the "happiest" countries. I'd love to see video by you guys on that topic, and what your impression is. Especially as you have the added experience of being a digital nomad.

Great video - Thank you for sharing. I have to ask a very American question. I kind of understand the car situation in Denmark but, what about parking? Also, I like your apartment.

Haha, well I've never owned a car. Just a bicycle and public transportation. Of course people who live outside of major cities are more likely to have cars though.
For parking, if you live in Copenhagen you can get a parking license so you can park in the public spaces. Not very expensive but the problem is, it can be very hard to actually find a space, especially close to your apartment. It's a free for all, basically. If you want a private parking space it can cost a couple of hundred dollars per month (if one is available where you live).

Is there not a big house with a big kitchen and all like you usually see in the US or Canada or even London...those big detached houses or housing communities!
I tried so hard finding one such video who would give a tour of such houses but I got none!! The houses or the apartments in Copenhagen or in Denmark are usually small. Is that true? Are there no big houses like in the US, or London. Please show us and please tell us. Thankyou.💝✨

Hi, thanks for watching! Sure, there are some big houses in Copenhagen - but they are extremely expensive.
But yes, I suppose most places are on the smaller side - especially compared to houses in the US.
It's more normal to see those types of houses in the suburbs, or even further away.

They are usually very expensive like in and around NYC. In Northern Jutland you’ll get a lot of house for your money.
