Well such an interesting thing to do just to add up some side notes the time it took to ferment 2days its too much why you needed to add the sorghum after adding the cold water after cooking the porridges by cooking the sorghum you actually denatured the yeast cells responsible for fermenting hence the long fermenting period instead of 24hours.
