I followed your recipe and i must say, as a Lekgowa trying to make them for the first time. It came out perfectly. Thanx so much. Your a ✨
Go on Lekgowa with your South African self. Do you make the same mixture for vetkoek and mince or? My daughter once had a vetkoek and mince loved it so much and I have no idea how to replicate that taste.

Thank you- You can use less if you find it slightly sweeter- also if you leave the dough to rise longer the yeast will use up the sugar and balance the dough better
