Well, I would say the advice from Arnie is more notself, because it is probably a marketing team that has looked at the general popular output and then cleared that to be sent. It is based on the more "Alpha Bro" mentality of the Tate like individuals, but it is not marketed exclusively for men, because Arnie is too mainstreamified for that.
When Tate says that kind of stuff though it is understood I think, by most of his audience to be rather tongue in cheek. Partly because he says other very obvious tongue in cheek stuff. He is playing a kind of "Jack Sparrow" role I think. Perhaps the undefined ego helps with that. When someone with the 20-34 says that it will be taken more seriously obviously, because of the status awareness of the sacral.
