Delta 14" metal cutting bandsaw

Demonstration of older Delta metal cutting bandsaw with back gears and step pulleys. I don't have a tachometer for the slow speeds nor a metal cutting blade at this time. Just a visual indication of the speeds in back gear.

I have one of these, a 14" Delta (Milwaukee? not sure) with no operator manual. Was afraid to mess with it until I came across a howto video. Have yet to figure which model....there are no as yet detectable numbers, letters or name tags. A small surviving piece of paper label can make out Delta Tool is about it. I am missing the upper four step pulley. Are the two step pulleys the same?
