Disneyland trams stopped? Soft lockdown?

Not sure what happened tonight. Everybody was having a great time, and yet the trams were stopped, we had a security detail everywhere, they made sure you couldn't go anywhere but the way they needed you to go. Some stairwells were taped off, and they would not let you use certain elevators, very strange.
I've never seen a response like this before, share your thoughts.

We found out a few days later that a man had jumped off the parking structure to his death. It's a shame and unfortunate situation.
