Anyone having issues with the microphone not assigning to your account, Connect the mix amp to a PC>download the Astro control center>Update the firmware> Restart your Xbox and reconnect the Mixamp USB back into the Xbox> make sure the switch on the mixamp is set to Xbox, a pop up on the Xbox will tell you to assign the headset to an account. And you’re all set
You need the optical cable connected for the Dolby button and the eq’s to work because when it’s connected by usb the mixamp go’s into passthrough mode Dolby and eq’s don’t work!
Anyone know why no one can hear me in game chat? Whenever I try to fix it my stream can’t hear game chat audio, then my friends can hear me. Whenever my friends can’t hear me through my headset, the stream can hear game chat audio. So weird

That's a nice headphone. I remember on one of your Gears 5 streams you were complaining and disappointed how your old headphone preformed.
I know, I fixed It using an Optical cable. Cleaned everything right up! Dolby Atmos sound Is really great now! 🙂👍🏽

I’ve had them for about 3 weeks now and love them. Just looking for some custom eq settings that are good for blackout / cod / footsteps.

Yes you have to plug the USB back and forth between Xbox and PC everytime. A little annoying.
