      The homeless used to be between 4th and 5th street and Wall to San Pedro street. As much as I remember they used to forbid camping or sleeping on some of the surrounding streets. Had I known what the future held I would have taken some photos around there at the time. I would not have wanted to predict how bad it would get in the future. This was my "favorite era" of LA. Definitely a more pleasant city back then.

      @@mediaxpuppet Thanks for posting this footage. Somehow LA is worse even though we are going through a construction boom at the moment. I miss the late 00s LA. It looked a lot cleaner back then.

    @ginsunh - Unfortunately it's the way of life in southern CA. You simply cannot expect traffic patterns to allow you to pass in the typical european style. It's organized chaos . Admittedly I was exceeding the flow of traffic. I was probably going 75-80, whilst many in the fast lane were going 65 =/
