Wadie Serhan thank you! You can't :/ I just used garage band because it was a simple mix (piano and Seaboard) but logic would've definitely been better
If Garage Band isn't an option, Reaper is a great recording and mixing software which I found relatively simple to learn. It's cheap but rather full-featured, and the trial is free / on the honor system (which I personally love). And while I don't have one (yet!), I hear that it does work well with Seaboard.

I can't afford both a roli and a regular keyboard. Is it really hard to play some songs on the roli? Wondering since you decided to keep your old keyboard and played the piano sounds off it.
Long Cao thank you so much! That means a lot. I used the software Equator that utilizes presets specialized for the Roli Seaboard. They allow you to utilize the 5 dimensions of expression on the seaboard (strike, press, slide, glide, lift)
thank for your reply. I've already know how to use equator for multidimesional tweaking with seaboard, but I'm a little bit confused about the cello sound, where does it come from? Is it also from equator? It sounds like the solo cello from LA scoring string, but more flexible, the vibrato sounds more aggresive and the legato transition is smoother. ;)
Long Cao the cello sound did come from Equator. In Equator it's specifically called "solo strings". However, I tweaked some of the features of the sound like the strike and the press and really tried to emphasize the vibrato (That's just by literally moving my finger vigorously side to side 😃) I used a different filter and removed sample 2. I also added a ridiculous amount of reverb from main stage. Hope that's helpful. Feel free to ask more questions :)
