You missed something important about their mechanics. Legiones are significantly easier if you memorize their patterns. 2 lightnings, then one magic attack. The first lightning strike will spawn where you currently are, and the next will spawn at the destination you are in the process you are running to. This means you run after the magic attack, dodge the lightning as usual, but afterwards (while the legio's arms are in the air charging it's second lightning attack) click all the way to the side of the arena, and then click right next to the legio to cancel your first click. This saves you a few seconds of running and allows you to not only spend the time during his magic attack to do thresholds, but gives you an addition space for multiple thresholds (or longer ones like rapid fire). Also should be worth noting that devotion is especially dangerous during sextus as multiple lightning will stack for extended periods of time, and if you're there even 1 tick after it ends, it's pretty much an instant kill.

If you click on the other side of the room as soon as the arm is coming down for the special and cancel the movement with an ability after a few steps, it would make the next lightning go on the spot that you were going to move to. That way you can get your rapidfire in without needing a devo and just makes it easier overall.
this is not entirely consistent and only work on the second lighting strike in the pair, the game still calculates your movement speed so its not going to drop it 20 spaces away from you where the click was. It can still frequently land within a damaging radius, you can easily get off a rapid fire in the pause where the magic attack is in the bosses rotation. you can fire off snapshots and bombardments in between the two lighting strikes as well, allowing for crazy dps without taking any damage

Something that I discovered is camping mech chins on Tertius. Can virtually ignore minions, and get a fully extended Devo every other kill or so. Took 2k kc to figure it out and now Tertius has gone from my least favorite to my favorite ^-^ He's also *insane* Slay xp on task if you're chinning, you get all four xp drops per kill o:
The wiki says it would cost you 91m to create each ascension crossbow if you received each signet on par with the drop rate. That means it is cheaper to buy the crossbow from the GE instead. If you did kill the bosses for signets, you would have to start with 91m to buy the keys anyway, which sort of defeats the purpose of bossing.
signets are at an all-time high for some reason they spiked towards the end of my 10 crossbows, and then just continued to rocket up. Once they go back to normal it'll be profit again.

Right now I'm farming keys from the 5 Capsarius I got for my pod. But seeing that some people go 250 kills or more dry and considering I need 1 key per kill, seems is better -for me at least that suck at pvm- to farm and sell the keys to get my crossbows
When the capsarius is about to spawn I'll usually use anticipate, corruption to phase, then bombardment and it should take care of the cap while still doing a lot of damage. I usually dont trust trying to snapshot it out like that because I end up getting stuck more often than not haha

I guess I'm just not very good at this, Primus pwned me in seconds. I spent more time running around him than attacking as he constantly spawned lightning, and the moment i stopped to attack he hit 2k each tick through my prayer and I died twice in quick succession, lol...
my advice on everyone trying these... use armadyl or lower tier gear. ur kills will be 40-50 seconds long, instead of 20 but its wat better than riskying paying 4m death cost if u die with BIS gear

I just never understood why I watch these guides and y'all people like never or almost never get hit from most bosses and yet they changed protection prayers to where you can't block all the damage so please can somebody tell me how.
im maxed and died at sextust.... i thought this was easy and the lightning fucked me when he had 100 health left fuck this game just quit if i cant even kill one of the easiest bosses whats the point in trying to progress... shits so tilting always come back with motivation to boss only to have motivation completely cut from ever trying again... guess rs3 just isn't for me welp back to WoW raids
Yeah, the whole Ascension dungeon, including the bosses, were nerfed, The drop rates of all mobs were cut by around 25%. This was the opening of Ascension, where you could make 20mil+ here. Since everyone uses Dual Ascension Crossbow.
I know the book of law looks pretty similar to the illuminated version but you could have paid closer attention to his loadout. You can see his book has the extra details not present on the normal one.

Snapshot with t90+ should easily hit that last 7.5k needed consistently.

You can use corrupting shot on tertius as corrupting shot does not draw agro. The more you know.

Late reply but he uses the ability "devotion". He said it about 30 times so you clearly didn't listen to his video
