I agree with everything pretty much except the ED2 solo rankings. Maan Astellarn is stupid hard when learning. May be slightly different for me cause I went in not looking at a guide but Astellarn killed me like 16 times when I first tried. Once you get it down, ya it’s easy but when learning you just take sooo much damage. Verak Lith is definitely easier in my opinion I think you had it the same way. But everything else ya I agree for sure.
The hardest thing I did in PvM was Minion/Darkness Araxxor at 300% enrage. I didn't realize how high the enrage got I was just fiending for that last leg piece and was in the zone, just always hitting defensives and never messing up a single mechanic. I will never do that again, the damage you take is absurd and if you miss a single mirrorback spawn you just instantly die
I think Mole does its job as a beginner, I remember being so hyped after killing it (I was scared of bossing in general) but I wouldn't revisit it because at my current stage it doesn't make sense. I can see how it can suck if you're pet hunting or whatever, though, but that's most bosses we're overleveled and overgeared for.
Pet hunting the 4-5 man strat he talked about would work though, no? Since pet drops are independent of loot drops. Everyone just waits in a room to ambush it and get the kill off quick with no effort.
@@mitchcoles8504 kera should be trivial, he has quite a few times where soul split camping is possible p1-3 (during phasing, during the animation of the first spec, if you walk under him you can channel and he won’t fire anything for the spec, during jumps, and when he calls the lightning, although this should be skipped) and p4 is very simple with DS/sun right before phase -> apot -> build -> time warp -> devotion -> dump adren -> devotion -> dump adren I was no fooding kera with ascs + pernix + aos and nothing else iirc. Long story short, if you can no food rax, the only thing stopping you from no fooding kera is learning it

I would say kerapac normal mode is easier than tarraket and astellarn time warp makes use of sunshine/death swiftness really easy so you can blow through the kill really fast even if you aren't that good.
just goes to show the difference in perspective in difficulty in different people. Killed Raksha 1039 times. Still on the front of the struggle bus with a lot of bosses below it on the list.
@@lukeliu7162 strap yourself in and be ready to die lots, that's about it haha Raksha was super punishing to learn, but it gets easier the more you try/fail, and once you have it down you're set. One tip I would recommend is to learn with the music on, sometimes I lose track of auto attacks but know which mechanic is due because a certain part of the song reminds me lol pretty much the only thing that ruins my kills now is misclicking the shadow pools at the start of p3, and I'm only at like 200kc. Give it a go!
Just a tip, soulsplit when Verak doesn't attack you, and use resonance on his pillar mechanic. I use range with Pernix armour and it's easily no fooded.
Tried Solo ambi for 2 days this week. Was a fun fight but very punishing. Made it to P3 a good few times but would run out of food shortly after:( haha
Before I watch the video, in my opinion these are my Top 5 hardest solo bosses (not counting enrage) 5. Telos 100% 4. Raksha 3. Kerapac HM 2. Zuk HM 1. Ambassador
I'm thinking of playing RS3 a little bit again, haven't played since before Raksha came out, came back for a month or two to try out archeology. Seems HM Kerapac is an awesome money maker, but seems like a tough boss. If Amb really is harder than him though then I think I can do it as I have 319 Amb solos and used to 1-cycle him pretty consistently. Now the question is, do I really want to waste my time on such a time consuming game again lol.
i find raksha easy compared to hm kerapac (atleast going for fairly consistant fast ish kills) raksha takes me on avg 3-3:30 to kill hm kerapac im still learning and have ben trying to get even a single fast ish kill but no success yet so far my fastest kill is 6min which is 2min+ too slow. edit: out of ambassador raksha and hm kerapac i would personal list them as hm kerapac > ambassador > raksha i find ambassador just slightly harder than raksha (i also do have max magic so that probably has alot to do with it). i also do wanna point out just for anybody reading speccing with fsoa on raksha allows you to deal so much damage you dont rlly have to deal with mechanics so that's just another thing.
Yea in what world is raksha above solo kera, I got like 300 kills on kera and if I messed something just a little bit it's instant dead on p4, but raksha is just a dummy that takes 2 - 3min
About your list I will disagree about BSD and NM kerapac being harder than araxxor, araxxor can instant kill you in middle path and let alone how damaging is araxxi, and I strongly disagree with the 5 mechanics arch glacor being easier than gwd2 because has more HP and you need to deal with more mechanics than gwd2 despite being a relatively easy boss.
This may be a pretty controversial take, but, amongst the well deserved praise and random critiques from some comments, I feel like i must voice this opinion. Now, don't get me wrong, these kind of lists are always insightful, but let me tell you, i feel the topic has been covered a fair amount of times already. Therefore, my suggestion for a future video would be, "Average Kill Times" and a "commons profitability" comparison. For instance: How long does it take to do a full NM Zuk Run vs a full ED1 Run; with average gear, skills and revo basics, then a comparison between the GP earned from the commons (excluding uniques on purpose). That way i can see everything coming together in a unique format that i still have yet to see from a Runetuber. Essentially a GP/Hr comparison with a focus on Kill Times and, therefore, difficulty to achieve said kill times.
Your idea is interesting. As I understand it, its a gp per hour tier list based on gear levels? Seems a little complicated to make sense out of, but I do see why you mentioned it. I have something planned related to gear tiers and bossing though, which you might like.

I grinded solo KK for a full day dying or tping out, but the next day I managed to do 50 solo kills for the perfect chittin, I feel good now thanks, because i felt like shit trying to solo it
In the group bosses, my own tier list would be a tad switched around (ie. Vorago a bit lower and RoTS as among the most advanced due to how punishing said venture can be); thank you for making the list and, merry bossing! (GL!)
I'm surprised Raksha was that high. I am not a good pvmer and was able to get to p4 on only 4 or 5 attempts (didn't win) but I would have thought Raksha to be in the upper hard tier instead of very hard.
My thoughts: * I’d rank Verak Lith above Astellarn. * I’d put Rax in Challenging, but that’s mostly because I do minion path 90% of the time when I do it. Webs and Mirrorbacks also have a bad habit of instakilling me. (Kerapac NM doesn’t have that level of instakill potential if you aren’t paying attention.) * Nex deserves Challenging below AG 500% and Rax, IMO. If you’re bringing a BoB, you can actually just run out of her vision range when Nex starts siphon (without damaging her), which de-aggros her and lets you kill Blood Reavers at your leisure until you enter her line of sight again. At the very least I find her easier than Masuta. (Solo ROTS, on the other hand…I’ve had issues with that, even with chins+DBow EoF, mostly because of how maddeningly inconsistent the kills were.) * NM Zuk should be around the middle of the pack in Hard. I find it’s much easier to get NM deathless kills, even flawless ones, than 100% Telos kills. * I’m planning to try solo KK after going for deathless and/or a flawless Zuk run. I’ll see how I rate it. EDIT: Never got around to Solo Kalphite King, but HM Zuk was a challenge. I generally agree with his rating, though I suspect 500% Telos might be harder due to having a much smaller margin for error in some phases. Group: * Where is Hard Mode Rago?
Try using ripper demon instead of yak for food while doing HM Zuk. Penance powder with ovl salves should cover almost all of your prayer needs, I usually bring 4 flasks and have 2 leftover. Zuk is quite doable nofood (I first did 100 NM kills for money before trying HM), the hard part is just getting there. Basically if you need food to consistently do the fight vs Zuk you'll have a hard time regardless, and using a ripper will make the fight and getting there much easier. Also, vamp aura is godsend for when you still don't have the FSOA (doing the challenging waves faster and thus much safer)
giant mole needs to be in trash tier because of how annoying it is, I dont have the time to run around the entire freaking molehill ive got better things to do. burn the giant mole with fire.
As someone who has been grinding out the melee rex matriarch, she can be cheesed by entangle so ranged and melee are brainless. magic still has some level of threat but isnt a huge issue. overall I think intermediate is fine, you could drop it to high easy tier and I dont think many people would complain.
Personally, I would rank Nex below Rax (100% enrage or higher), Seiryu and the Sanctum Guardian, you could even make an argument that Nex belongs to the challenging category. She doesn't really have the KO power of many of the other higher tier bosses (outside of her ice phase which you can easily shield res) so once you learn her mechanics she becomes one of the most chill bosses in the game comparable to the ED2 bosses which is on protoxx intermediate and advance categories. Although the main issue with Nex is accuracy, even with ascensions and t95/99 prayers you should always be using a reckless aura on her, having high accuracy lets you get through the blood and ice phase for Nex much quicker and this is the 2 phases you really want to speed thru, for that reason, I hardly ever fights Nex without the reckless aura on, thou if you are learning you could use something else as the reckless aura decreases you defenses and increases the damage you take.
I hard disagree on your Mole point, it's the best beginner boss to learn mechanics in the game. Him and Helwyr feel like very important threshold bosses to learn.

Har-akan doesn't deserve to be in the same tier as hard mode arch glacor, its a dps dummy where you switch targets, frost cannon requiring devotion, prayer switching, taking care of the minions efficiently all make it deserve going up a tier over akan. Honestly I think it would be better putting har-akan in easy, its easier than jad if you have dps, solely because the healers are annoying.
Kalphite Queen requires using two combat styles. To me, that is a large enough requirement to push it out of the Beginner tier, regardless of how beginner it might be once you have one of each weapon.
PLEASE put names above the bosses so we can pause the video in end and see a quick snapshot... Not all of us can tell every single boss by their "icon"... I think i've mentioned it on some of your videos before. Would be a great help. Just like the armor/weapon icons- many of us don't know every single thing just by the picture...

I just started to consistently run hm zuk. it's definitely hard to learn, but once you know where to stand and memorize every wave, it's really not bad at all. and normal mode now is such a cinch I don't think I'll be returning to it. So I really don't think it's the hardest boss
I think it's important to differentiate types of doing vorago. Anything above a group of 3 is extremely easy, and a group of 3 is probably about as easy as you put it on your chart if you're the tl5. Duos are SIGNIFICANTLY harder, imo harder than solak. Super fun & rewarding though, the rewards are reminiscent of ed1 in terms of consistency, but with a chance of a MUCH bigger payout
@@aurah8245 I don’t think solak is particularly challenging by comparison. Took a lot longer to get consistent duo kills at vorago than consistent kills at solak Also it’s very possible the other person was carrying you as p5 with 2 people that don’t know the boss is rough in duos
I think it depends a lot on your experience at rago as well as the rotation. Most people don't learn vorago in duo. They usually start in 3-4man and try duo later. Vorago really doesn't have DPS checks. P3's sure but you can take ages on p3 and still be fine aside from maybe vit week. P5 is more about mechanics than anything. If you don't have good dps at solak you're basically fucked by comparison.
@@holyelixir4580 well, for rago to match profit (well, get close to) with solak you need to be doing duo since the phases are so time gated, increasing people tanks profit since the kills don’t end up much faster at all. Solak's dps check(s) these days are pretty simple compared to what they were

I'd honestly place Nex at advanced, it's hard when you start moving onto strats involving ecb but it's one of those when you've learned it sub 3 min no bob solos are pretty easy with t90 gear. ...Then again, I do have 2000+ solos.
I can do Rax, 0% telos, and NM kerapac, nex, and learned those within like 5 kills but I can't even get Verak Lith to half solo because of how much damage he deals, I just don't do the DPS needed with a boss that deals so much and if I use defensives then I end up taking even longer and doing even less DPS. If I were to complete the fight it'd end up being about a 10-12 minute kill based on how long it takes to get him as far down as I can, and thats with a slayer task and dragon slayer perk
Without high level gear, I will put the Corporeal Beast at the bottom of intermediate. Tougher than the bulk of the GWD2 bosses. Sure it has fewer mechanics, but it hits hard and can take a lot of food to take down. I also will put the red rex beneath the GWD 1 bosses. She is so easy to defeat with a pile of nature runes and a decent magic weapon. No need for amour.
i would sey 300 rax is harder than the ed1 bosses i agree with where you ended up puting rax at the end of the video, when it comes to barrows it depends if you kill linza or not, if you leave linza alone easly the easiest one, but if you do linza with low gear you need food so i would say close to the top of beginner. not at the lvl of jad ofc maybe easier than gwd1 but harder than the rest. i would argue that ele is easier than regular barrows, sure it got couple of anoying thing but they can easly be stopped with food that leaves a item when consumed. and you wont be teled into the middle of the abyssal creatures and they dont agro you at the correct places and your prayer last a lot longer there to.
The problem with astellarn and it’s nebula star which they never. Fixed. Is the stupidity that is the timers. One is based off when the fight starts the other when you entered in the dungeon. If you don’t 1 cycle you have to pray that it doesn’t just enter your star again
me who thinks KK is one of the most fun bosses in game :c EDIT: I'd say 300% Rax is way way beyond Nex solo in difficulty, I can do Nex without eating food and just using 1-2 sips from brews and Excalibur, from time to time. Meanwhile Rax potential to die is super common if you don't pay attention or get unlucky.
@@ProtoxxGaming well, yeah definitely. The reason I like KK is that you NEED to know his mechanics even if there arent a huge number of them but they are really important. With the green attack, (I like to call it pheromone attack) is something KK uses to control the player but if player is aware THEY control KK. Along with other mechanics, you can force KK to do certain moves and he can try to force you. It is this constant cat and mouse and I just love the fight for that.
I’ve not played RS since lockdown in 2020, been thinking of playing it again but in the last 2 years it looks like the game has changed so much. Feel so lost with the game now.
As a easy beginner boss specialist (aka a noob) I feel like I would switch Dag Kings and Jad. I’d also switch 0% Telos and Rax considering Telos is consistent and at low enrage is basically a big DPS dummy. Rax requires more skills and awareness, especially on the minion path.
List looks good, I'd say if I was to change anything, kbd would be lower than KQ. On my nooby ironmeme, I can't do much yet in terms of bossing, I can do Barrows, mole, and kbd just fine, but I can't kill KQ yet, I have tier 70 crystal bow which is fine for P1, but when P2 begins, I'm lacking in melee weapons (only tier 50 atm). But as for my main, I'm a garbage pvmer and can't kill araxxor, hardest thing I've killed solo on this list is Har-Akan
I also attempted each of the Dino dag kings, (idk what they're called so I call them Dinonoth kings) and I couldn't kill any of them with tier 90 weapons tier 70 Armour. It was the first day they were released so I just blindly went in without knowing anything, haven't tried them since then.
2nd boss in ed2 is super easy. #1 stand in melee range and soul split #2 ignore the egg thing and just debilitate when it's coming down. besides that it's just attack the pillars when they spawn and dodge the black dragons/fire tornado thing
@@bilamch maybe it does less damage in melee because i use mage but it's way less accurate and seems to hit less. i do the whole fight without eating food in melee distance but need food outside of md. And the egg is only insta kill if u pick it up. if u just ignore it, it does like 3.6k damage (1800 after debil). the only hard part of ed2 is astellarn because he can KO u if ur not prepared, or bsd you can get rekt if you don't pay total attention and get hit by blue fire or the black spikes melee.
@@bilamch I've been ranging recently (decimation and arma) and it's pretty trivial to no-food. Just pray mage and reso every pillar, and disruption shield for the egg.
I’m curious where you would place 250% hm arch-glacor. Given that there the minions mechanic changes whereas 100% is just a bit more damage and health.
The hardest pvm thing I’ve done is Nex. I could solo Nex if it wasn’t for ice phase everything else I find to be manageable. I just can’t make the ice prison work.
I don't think the Barrows Brothers were ever truly bosses. They were never particularly difficult, even if they were tougher than regular mobs. I always thought of them as minibosses, which was why there were 6 (now 8) instead of only one, really tough one.
I probably found the right guide but as someone that doesn't pvm I went from struggling at HM Zuk to consistently getting to Zuk then beating the whole thing in 3 tries. I kinda like the whole waves thing in the previous iterations too. Last time tried it with a Ripper and got it. Ambassador on the other hand took me a lot of money to get a single kill. Easily the hardest for me. The fragments and the onslaught are the killers.
Normal mode Nex is advanced and 300% Araxxor is intermediate. Araxxor is so semi AFK until araxxi and I prefer to do it when I want to netflix and scape. Literally, all you do is DPS and press freedom and anticipate. I'm not even super good at pvm and I find Nex and araxxor pretty damn chill and learned them pretty quick. Also would drop ambassador to hard because I killed him on my second attempt but still have issues from time to time with spinners but it doesn't ruin the kills most of the time, just takes a bit longer
its pretty wild to think, with how hard zuk is, we're getting a 5th gwd boss in the future. If the jump is anything like the other 2 hidden bosses then idk if anyonese gonna be able to take it down lol

avoid melee distance on verak lith devotion or divert falling bomb or just tank. Also soulsplit flick all ed2 bosses and use no food unless cba just eat
I've been trying to get better at pvm but still confused on what I need and what will make me better. Been playing for 3 months after 15 year break and your vids help a lot. Currently using ascensions, anima core, cinderbanes, fleeting boots and blood amulet. What bosses do you think I could possibly do?
@@j-u-k-e_box in my experiences most bosses other than the max tier bosses like vorago and stuff you can do in low end gear but having better gear and abilities will make that learning curve easier and make mistakes more forgiving. Just give it a try!! After you learn mechanics most bosses are cake
You could maybe even do nex if you have onslaught. I had about the same gear and pulled it off. Just stop onslaughting when you see her hit 90k ish HP then adren pot, finish it off with a snapshot/double shot thing
once you get ed2 bosses done astellan is the hardest of them by far, im not a realy good pvmer, and i dont have the best gear etc (no crypt so using other mage thank when using ad, t88 wand 85 orb no t99 prayers not the best perks and dps familiar is a talonbeast because a taskman acc with 92 summ) i am able to no food or close to no food (mabe 2-3 pices of food) on bsd and verak lith
Raksha is not very hard. When you compare him to other bosses he is very forgiveable. Once you master the prayer flick, you won't need food. Every mechanic can be reacted to, you have time to react to each autoattack, to each swipe, each magic bomb stun, etc. Telos you gotta count autos and anticipate his Hold Still. Rax likewise gotta anticipate/freedom before his specials. Raksha is fully reactable and requires little to no preparation when learning. The only 'hard' part when learning would be when you clear pools while prayer flicking.
Zamorak sub 100% would be placed to the right of Telos (slightly easier) in the "Hard" tier.

Kalphite King is great as a solo boss, you just have to understand the mechanics like any other boss. Only bad thing about K.K is the drop table

Tried Solo ambi for 2 days this week. Was a fun fight but very punishing. Made it to P3 a good few times but would run out of food shortly after:( haha
Raksha took me 3 months to kill with probably 10+ hours invested. I got an ambassador kill in 3 hours.
Before I watch the video, in my opinion these are my Top 5 hardest solo bosses (not counting enrage)

3. Kerapac HM

I'm thinking of playing RS3 a little bit again, haven't played since before Raksha came out, came back for a month or two to try out archeology. Seems HM Kerapac is an awesome money maker, but seems like a tough boss. If Amb really is harder than him though then I think I can do it as I have 319 Amb solos and used to 1-cycle him pretty consistently. Now the question is, do I really want to waste my time on such a time consuming game again lol.
ive done 210 solos ed2 and have gotten 9 barges 1 flurry and 2 furys and only like 4 group runs
so solo runs all day great vid!
i find raksha easy compared to hm kerapac (atleast going for fairly consistant fast ish kills) raksha takes me on avg 3-3:30 to kill hm kerapac im still learning and have ben trying to get even a single fast ish kill but no success yet so far my fastest kill is 6min which is 2min+ too slow.
edit: out of ambassador raksha and hm kerapac i would personal list them as hm kerapac > ambassador > raksha i find ambassador just slightly harder than raksha (i also do have max magic so that probably has alot to do with it).
i also do wanna point out just for anybody reading speccing with fsoa on raksha allows you to deal so much damage you dont rlly have to deal with mechanics so that's just another thing.
Yea in what world is raksha above solo kera, I got like 300 kills on kera and if I messed something just a little bit it's instant dead on p4, but raksha is just a dummy that takes 2 - 3min

About your list I will disagree about BSD and NM kerapac being harder than araxxor, araxxor can instant kill you in middle path and let alone how damaging is araxxi, and I strongly disagree with the 5 mechanics arch glacor being easier than gwd2 because has more HP and you need to deal with more mechanics than gwd2 despite being a relatively easy boss.
This may be a pretty controversial take, but, amongst the well deserved praise and random critiques from some comments, I feel like i must voice this opinion.
Now, don't get me wrong, these kind of lists are always insightful, but let me tell you, i feel the topic has been covered a fair amount of times already.
Therefore, my suggestion for a future video would be, "Average Kill Times" and a "commons profitability" comparison.
For instance: How long does it take to do a full NM Zuk Run vs a full ED1 Run; with average gear, skills and revo basics, then a comparison between the GP earned from the commons (excluding uniques on purpose).
That way i can see everything coming together in a unique format that i still have yet to see from a Runetuber. Essentially a GP/Hr comparison with a focus on Kill Times and, therefore, difficulty to achieve said kill times.

I grinded solo KK for a full day dying or tping out, but the next day I managed to do 50 solo kills for the perfect chittin, I feel good now thanks, because i felt like shit trying to solo it
In the group bosses, my own tier list would be a tad switched around (ie. Vorago a bit lower and RoTS as among the most advanced due to how punishing said venture can be); thank you for making the list and, merry bossing! (GL!)
I'm surprised Raksha was that high. I am not a good pvmer and was able to get to p4 on only 4 or 5 attempts (didn't win) but I would have thought Raksha to be in the upper hard tier instead of very hard.
It took me a crapton of kills on a free death week to get not just by first kill, but the rest I needed for my Reaper task as well.
My thoughts:
* I’d rank Verak Lith above Astellarn.
* I’d put Rax in Challenging, but that’s mostly because I do minion path 90% of the time when I do it. Webs and Mirrorbacks also have a bad habit of instakilling me. (Kerapac NM doesn’t have that level of instakill potential if you aren’t paying attention.)
* Nex deserves Challenging below AG 500% and Rax, IMO. If you’re bringing a BoB, you can actually just run out of her vision range when Nex starts siphon (without damaging her), which de-aggros her and lets you kill Blood Reavers at your leisure until you enter her line of sight again. At the very least I find her easier than Masuta. (Solo ROTS, on the other hand…I’ve had issues with that, even with chins+DBow EoF, mostly because of how maddeningly inconsistent the kills were.)
* NM Zuk should be around the middle of the pack in Hard. I find it’s much easier to get NM deathless kills, even flawless ones, than 100% Telos kills.
* I’m planning to try solo KK after going for deathless and/or a flawless Zuk run. I’ll see how I rate it. EDIT: Never got around to Solo Kalphite King, but HM Zuk was a challenge. I generally agree with his rating, though I suspect 500% Telos might be harder due to having a much smaller margin for error in some phases.

Try using ripper demon instead of yak for food while doing HM Zuk. Penance powder with ovl salves should cover almost all of your prayer needs, I usually bring 4 flasks and have 2 leftover. Zuk is quite doable nofood (I first did 100 NM kills for money before trying HM), the hard part is just getting there.
Basically if you need food to consistently do the fight vs Zuk you'll have a hard time regardless, and using a ripper will make the fight and getting there much easier. Also, vamp aura is godsend for when you still don't have the FSOA (doing the challenging waves faster and thus much safer)

Personally i find hardmode zuk to be way easier than the elite dungeons. Not done telos past my 1 reaper crew kill.

Interesting that you find Raksha harder than HM Kerapac. P4 alone makes Kerapac brutal. Only with Crypt I can manage without breaking a sweat now.
As someone who has been grinding out the melee rex matriarch, she can be cheesed by entangle so ranged and melee are brainless. magic still has some level of threat but isnt a huge issue. overall I think intermediate is fine, you could drop it to high easy tier and I dont think many people would complain.
I would definitely place 300% araxxor higher than solo nex.
In my soloing career I'm moving on from the Easy to Intermediate tier... Nex is supposed to be my next target, but damn is she really that high up :[
Personally, I would rank Nex below Rax (100% enrage or higher), Seiryu and the Sanctum Guardian, you could even make an argument that Nex belongs to the challenging category. She doesn't really have the KO power of many of the other higher tier bosses (outside of her ice phase which you can easily shield res) so once you learn her mechanics she becomes one of the most chill bosses in the game comparable to the ED2 bosses which is on protoxx intermediate and advance categories. Although the main issue with Nex is accuracy, even with ascensions and t95/99 prayers you should always be using a reckless aura on her, having high accuracy lets you get through the blood and ice phase for Nex much quicker and this is the 2 phases you really want to speed thru, for that reason, I hardly ever fights Nex without the reckless aura on, thou if you are learning you could use something else as the reckless aura decreases you defenses and increases the damage you take.

I hard disagree on your Mole point, it's the best beginner boss to learn mechanics in the game. Him and Helwyr feel like very important threshold bosses to learn.
Yeah, giant mole is actually a challenge in F2P. But, I can see that it would be annoying with max gear that it has all those damage caps.
Arch glacor has it all without tedious stuns. Wouldn't you agree thats a better fit for learners?

Har-akan doesn't deserve to be in the same tier as hard mode arch glacor, its a dps dummy where you switch targets, frost cannon requiring devotion, prayer switching, taking care of the minions efficiently all make it deserve going up a tier over akan. Honestly I think it would be better putting har-akan in easy, its easier than jad if you have dps, solely because the healers are annoying.
Kalphite Queen requires using two combat styles. To me, that is a large enough requirement to push it out of the Beginner tier, regardless of how beginner it might be once you have one of each weapon.

I've been able to no food Veras lith, honestly it takes a while and if you mess up it can be tough but with practice I found it pretty easy

I just started to consistently run hm zuk. it's definitely hard to learn, but once you know where to stand and memorize every wave, it's really not bad at all. and normal mode now is such a cinch I don't think I'll be returning to it. So I really don't think it's the hardest boss

I think it's important to differentiate types of doing vorago. Anything above a group of 3 is extremely easy, and a group of 3 is probably about as easy as you put it on your chart if you're the tl5. Duos are SIGNIFICANTLY harder, imo harder than solak. Super fun & rewarding though, the rewards are reminiscent of ed1 in terms of consistency, but with a chance of a MUCH bigger payout

@@aurah8245 I don’t think solak is particularly challenging by comparison. Took a lot longer to get consistent duo kills at vorago than consistent kills at solak
Also it’s very possible the other person was carrying you as p5 with 2 people that don’t know the boss is rough in duos
I think it depends a lot on your experience at rago as well as the rotation. Most people don't learn vorago in duo. They usually start in 3-4man and try duo later.
Vorago really doesn't have DPS checks. P3's sure but you can take ages on p3 and still be fine aside from maybe vit week. P5 is more about mechanics than anything.
If you don't have good dps at solak you're basically fucked by comparison.
@@holyelixir4580 well, for rago to match profit (well, get close to) with solak you need to be doing duo since the phases are so time gated, increasing people tanks profit since the kills don’t end up much faster at all. Solak's dps check(s) these days are pretty simple compared to what they were

For GW2 Hard mode, I would put Helwyr in Challenging / Hard. It's too intense with this boss.
I'd honestly place Nex at advanced, it's hard when you start moving onto strats involving ecb but it's one of those when you've learned it sub 3 min no bob solos are pretty easy with t90 gear.
...Then again, I do have 2000+ solos.
I can do Rax, 0% telos, and NM kerapac, nex, and learned those within like 5 kills but I can't even get Verak Lith to half solo because of how much damage he deals, I just don't do the DPS needed with a boss that deals so much and if I use defensives then I end up taking even longer and doing even less DPS. If I were to complete the fight it'd end up being about a 10-12 minute kill based on how long it takes to get him as far down as I can, and thats with a slayer task and dragon slayer perk
Without high level gear, I will put the Corporeal Beast at the bottom of intermediate. Tougher than the bulk of the GWD2 bosses. Sure it has fewer mechanics, but it hits hard and can take a lot of food to take down. I also will put the red rex beneath the GWD 1 bosses. She is so easy to defeat with a pile of nature runes and a decent magic weapon. No need for amour.
What about twin furies? I would say easy to beginner depending on gear and rotations
Weird I’m pretty bad at pvm but I find Verak Lith to be the most difficult in ed2. My difficulty ranking goes 1 Verak Lith 2 Asrellarn 3 Black Stone

i agree with where you ended up puting rax at the end of the video, when it comes to barrows it depends if you kill linza or not, if you leave linza alone easly the easiest one, but if you do linza with low gear you need food so i would say close to the top of beginner. not at the lvl of jad ofc maybe easier than gwd1 but harder than the rest. i would argue that ele is easier than regular barrows, sure it got couple of anoying thing but they can easly be stopped with food that leaves a item when consumed. and you wont be teled into the middle of the abyssal creatures and they dont agro you at the correct places and your prayer last a lot longer there to.

The problem with astellarn and it’s nebula star which they never. Fixed. Is the stupidity that is the timers. One is based off when the fight starts the other when you entered in the dungeon. If you don’t 1 cycle you have to pray that it doesn’t just enter your star again
Also Kree is harder than beginner because can’t kite while I’d argue zilyana is bull with accuracy. kril and graardor are jokes though just run

EDIT: I'd say 300% Rax is way way beyond Nex solo in difficulty, I can do Nex without eating food and just using 1-2 sips from brews and Excalibur, from time to time. Meanwhile Rax potential to die is super common if you don't pay attention or get unlucky.

@@ProtoxxGaming well, yeah definitely. The reason I like KK is that you NEED to know his mechanics even if there arent a huge number of them but they are really important. With the green attack, (I like to call it pheromone attack) is something KK uses to control the player but if player is aware THEY control KK. Along with other mechanics, you can force KK to do certain moves and he can try to force you. It is this constant cat and mouse and I just love the fight for that.
I’ve not played RS since lockdown in 2020, been thinking of playing it again but in the last 2 years it looks like the game has changed so much. Feel so lost with the game now.
As a easy beginner boss specialist (aka a noob) I feel like I would switch Dag Kings and Jad. I’d also switch 0% Telos and Rax considering Telos is consistent and at low enrage is basically a big DPS dummy. Rax requires more skills and awareness, especially on the minion path.

P4 Araxxor is much more difficult than the entire ED2 bosses IMO.
List looks good, I'd say if I was to change anything, kbd would be lower than KQ. On my nooby ironmeme, I can't do much yet in terms of bossing, I can do Barrows, mole, and kbd just fine, but I can't kill KQ yet, I have tier 70 crystal bow which is fine for P1, but when P2 begins, I'm lacking in melee weapons (only tier 50 atm).
But as for my main, I'm a garbage pvmer and can't kill araxxor, hardest thing I've killed solo on this list is Har-Akan
I also attempted each of the Dino dag kings, (idk what they're called so I call them Dinonoth kings) and I couldn't kill any of them with tier 90 weapons tier 70 Armour. It was the first day they were released so I just blindly went in without knowing anything, haven't tried them since then.
2nd boss in ed2 is super easy. #1 stand in melee range and soul split #2 ignore the egg thing and just debilitate when it's coming down. besides that it's just attack the pillars when they spawn and dodge the black dragons/fire tornado thing
He hits upwards of 4k damage with melee, what do you mean lol. Can't ignore egg because it's instakill.
@@bilamch maybe it does less damage in melee because i use mage but it's way less accurate and seems to hit less. i do the whole fight without eating food in melee distance but need food outside of md. And the egg is only insta kill if u pick it up. if u just ignore it, it does like 3.6k damage (1800 after debil). the only hard part of ed2 is astellarn because he can KO u if ur not prepared, or bsd you can get rekt if you don't pay total attention and get hit by blue fire or the black spikes melee.

@@bilamch I've been ranging recently (decimation and arma) and it's pretty trivial to no-food. Just pray mage and reso every pillar, and disruption shield for the egg.

I’m curious where you would place 250% hm arch-glacor. Given that there the minions mechanic changes whereas 100% is just a bit more damage and health.
The hardest pvm thing I’ve done is Nex. I could solo Nex if it wasn’t for ice phase everything else I find to be manageable. I just can’t make the ice prison work.
I don't think the Barrows Brothers were ever truly bosses. They were never particularly difficult, even if they were tougher than regular mobs. I always thought of them as minibosses, which was why there were 6 (now 8) instead of only one, really tough one.

I probably found the right guide but as someone that doesn't pvm I went from struggling at HM Zuk to consistently getting to Zuk then beating the whole thing in 3 tries. I kinda like the whole waves thing in the previous iterations too. Last time tried it with a Ripper and got it. Ambassador on the other hand took me a lot of money to get a single kill. Easily the hardest for me. The fragments and the onslaught are the killers.

Normal mode Nex is advanced and 300% Araxxor is intermediate. Araxxor is so semi AFK until araxxi and I prefer to do it when I want to netflix and scape. Literally, all you do is DPS and press freedom and anticipate. I'm not even super good at pvm and I find Nex and araxxor pretty damn chill and learned them pretty quick. Also would drop ambassador to hard because I killed him on my second attempt but still have issues from time to time with spinners but it doesn't ruin the kills most of the time, just takes a bit longer

avoid melee distance on verak lith devotion or divert falling bomb or just tank. Also soulsplit flick all ed2 bosses and use no food unless cba just eat
Soul Split flicking is something I didn’t actually learn until learning Raksha, but you can SS the Black Stone Dragon.

It seems like I am on the border between Intermediate and Advanced. I can kill Rax and NM Kera solo, but it takes a full inventory.
Me watching this, only having beaten four bosses, all of which were in the beginner tier.
I've been trying to get better at pvm but still confused on what I need and what will make me better. Been playing for 3 months after 15 year break and your vids help a lot. Currently using ascensions, anima core, cinderbanes, fleeting boots and blood amulet. What bosses do you think I could possibly do?
GWD 1, GWD2, arraxor, arch glacor, kerapac. you can do a lot of bosses with that setup

@@j-u-k-e_box in my experiences most bosses other than the max tier bosses like vorago and stuff you can do in low end gear but having better gear and abilities will make that learning curve easier and make mistakes more forgiving. Just give it a try!! After you learn mechanics most bosses are cake

You could maybe even do nex if you have onslaught. I had about the same gear and pulled it off. Just stop onslaughting when you see her hit 90k ish HP then adren pot, finish it off with a snapshot/double shot thing
once you get ed2 bosses done astellan is the hardest of them by far, im not a realy good pvmer, and i dont have the best gear etc (no crypt so using other mage thank when using ad, t88 wand 85 orb no t99 prayers not the best perks and dps familiar is a talonbeast because a taskman acc with 92 summ) i am able to no food or close to no food (mabe 2-3 pices of food) on bsd and verak lith

Raksha is not very hard. When you compare him to other bosses he is very forgiveable. Once you master the prayer flick, you won't need food. Every mechanic can be reacted to, you have time to react to each autoattack, to each swipe, each magic bomb stun, etc. Telos you gotta count autos and anticipate his Hold Still. Rax likewise gotta anticipate/freedom before his specials. Raksha is fully reactable and requires little to no preparation when learning. The only 'hard' part when learning would be when you clear pools while prayer flicking.
