In my experience as a poor white female with no violent history, cops don't call for backup and treat you like a human. Most men get 2 cops by default from observation. If you act like this girl though expect to get 3 or more cops no matter how small the offence. If you don't get violent cops will let you go after 30 minutes at the jail processing, without seeing a judge. If you have to serve time, they will let you take yourself to jail so you can go home and prepare things for your absence first too. Just don't get violent.
