For someone who's been drunk many times i can honestly say i've never been drunk to the point that the rules of reality change. This can't just be alcohol.
Same here I've been drunk many times Never ever been arrested
For someone who's been drunk and who has an alcoholic father, they indeed can confuse reality just by getting that plastered.
I've seen people be that drunk before. Alcohol can really turn a person into a moron if they drink enough
Being drunk varies from person to person, it depends on what kind of person you are inside.
Alcohol loosens your inhibitions and it reveals who you really are. Being sober allows you to hide the personality you don't want people to see.
I feel like the "its a hand wet but its still a phone" drunk line really shows how manipulative she probably tends to be on a day to day basis. Pretending a hand wipe is a phone then still doubling down on it being a phone even after she acknowledged that it is in fact just a hand towel is another level of delusion.

Don't do drugs kids, holy moley. This is absolutely wild ☠️
As someone with an unfortunate past involving alcohol abuse and dependency, this looks like someone who's at the point of waking up and automatically going to grab for a cup (not a shot) of something like whiskey or rum at 7:00am. Extremely sad, and if you ever need an example video to deter you from drinking, or to help control your drinking, this is it.
I just hope her dad does what my parents did when I was in this exact situation (and I don’t remember if I was an asshole but I probably was - thank god viral body cams weren’t a thing in 2007) and tell her they will only bail her out if she goes straight to inpatient rehab
I have a substantial record of letting drugs abuse me spanning 20 years to the month and 4 states plus Washington DC. I've never been charged with DWI, DUI or OUI and only acted a fool when using a legal drug, alcohol, and only hurt friends physically from using alcohol so I consider myself lucky that the same people I physically hurt helped me quit. Now after 14 years I smoke once in awhile depending on pain and right before bed or before dinner and bed as my appetite needs help sometimes. Acid, shrooms, crack, powder, heroin and pain pills, which led me to H after the doctor's office was shut down, never caused the problems alcohol did and I compare it to H in the way I'd need it first thing in the morning to feel normal with more and more throughout the day. Congratulations on quitting too.

Being drunk lowers inhibitions and barriers, But it does not make you an asshole, violent or entitled, that's part of you from the beginning, alcohol just allows it to come out.
I agree for the most part, but I’d also say that if a person has such thoughts or feelings, but controls/suppresses them out of a desire to be a good person, it’s arguable that lowering their inhibitions by drinking means that it *does* make them those things because they wouldn’t normally give into such tendencies otherwise.

Dressed so nicely for a funeral. She simply oozes respect.
Wow, this woman is a piece of work. Why is she calling her grandmother and aunt "your mother" and "your sister"?
Because at least at that moment she only cared about herself and saw her grandmother as the reason she was arrested, not herself and decided to distance herself by calling her "your mom", which in a way also involves the dad and the aunt in the blamegame too. It's a way of distancing yourself from them and she likely did so as she saw no blame in her own actions. It was all her dad's family's fault and since he didn't seem to come get here right away or said he would, she probably blamed him too, judging by her terrible screeching.
(If I didn't see her, I would think it was a much older woman and it makes me wonder if she normally had this nail over chalkboard voice. Yikes.)
She's talking to her dad. So her dad's mom would be her grandma and her aunt would be her dad's sister.

If you've never been drunk, congratulations!!, you aren't missing a thing.
I realize she's drunk and incoherent, so I may be wildy off here, but it sounds like her parents only told her of her grandmother's death on the day of the funeral. If true, it's in no way an excuse for her behavior, but possibly why she seems to be screwing up the timeline.
Also, if true, it says a lot about her relationship with her family and the dynamics within. It's possible they were hoping she wouldn't find out until after the services because they knew she would show up drunk and belligerent.
I'm pretty sure you're right about her only hearing about it on the day. Either she wasn't told, or she's using it as an excuse because her aunt told her that that's where they'd be
I can't imagine she actually planned on going to a funeral if she was already hammered this hard and was wearing such casual clothing. I'm guessing that she was driving drunk and decided to weaponize this information

Even when she is drunk her nature is clear as day. First thing she does is point out the one terrible thing about her day being her grandma died to get some sympathy from the cop same as a kid to the teacher after causing a scene. Then right after she blames the old lady for getting in her way to add on top of her misery. But she doesn’t realize personal emotions mean nothing to cop, he’s got rules to follow. After it finally hits her that the cops don’t care she tries to shift the blame for this situation to them and try to intimidate them with her connections as she is not powerful herself.
