I ablolutely love this video! I'm 13 and I have a gokart but it's not a Tony Kart unfortunetly but this video is super helpful! After seeing this I really want my next gokart to be a Tony Kart!
i just subscribed to your channel it os awesome dude! i am so happy this channel even exist i also know a hack you can have the go kart gas or electric take a few bolts off the wheels extend them and then put all the bolts back on he whole thing will go faster than the regular speed dude you have to try it i did it and it went grea!!
Hi What is the suggested "C" distance for the Nordix karts? ( C; The distance from rear axle to upper seat edge) My driver is 144cm's tall We will be driving rotax Junior, so we are trying to set it up with a 50mm axle instead of the 40mm. BR Christian
@@PowerRepublic Yes, last year we where racing the Rotax Max Mini in the 1010 chassis. Indeed competitive with the 1040's. The Danish Rotax regulations allows both the 1010 and 1040 frame sizes in Mini and Junior Rotax max's. I'll be excited to see if it works with the power increase going from Mini to Junior. I was concered if the 28mm frame can handle the extra 8kg balast and the extra HP. In the proces I was considering a 30mm 1010 frame from an other manufacturer, but decided to go for the Nordix.
Hi, if i want to start with Lo206 engine and later upgrade to 100cc is that possible to use same chassis? If yes what is the chassis sizes should i look for? Hope you can help

I usually have 3ml spacers in my hubs so I’m gaining a bit of traction with 60ml axel for my weight

What manf T/L handle hex key do you use? They seem to hold up pretty well vid after vid

I set them parallel with the chassis rails, so sometimes this measurement is off. either way is fine. are you using the Nordix in junior max?

Maybe. Ideally a 4ss will be smaller than a 100cc frame cause of the low power and low grip tyres.

how long does it take to assemble the kart?
Normally with the stickers and everything it take about 4-5 hours

awesome, you're gunna love it!! maybe 1-2 years. once your 16 you normally classed as a senior driver and get the next sized kart
