We love the “nerd shit”. Please include or do a separate video with all the mobility work and stretching you do pre and post workout. We’ve seen two second snip-its of some band work and rolling out but this super important functional work has never been demonstrated and explained. Thanks in advance and keep up the great content.

My new favorite to watch. Can't wait for routine and new content. Love your style, emphasis on constant tension and alignment! For me, most no nonsense, and brilliant insight into workouts while using alot of the basic equipment. Most importantly is alignment and constant tension. Emphasis on informing us of the good stuff. Natural down to earth brother too! The best. Looking hard and incredible bolder shoulders Hunter. Thank you!

Hunter don’t listen to the haters. Real bodybuilders know what you’re doing in terms of diet. Keep the videos coming!

Jay cutler mentioned in his podcast that his main protein source in the off-season was whey isolate and I see no one demonizing jay and I’m sure many other bodybuilders do this

I mean he has to change up the diet, at least for the prep, so he can get rid of the wAter porperly and to lean out the way he shoul

“Real Bodybuilders” … This is coming from some nobody on the internet that probably doesn’t know any real bodybuilders and thinks he’s an expert after watching multiple youtube videos 🤣 … AMEN

@@EGC444 mine would be whey isolate too if it didn’t give me acne issues. So Pea protein it is

The last prime row, you said was adjusted more for lat so just curious why your elbows were not tucked but looked to be around 45 degrees out. Is this like an in between a lat row and a mid/upper back row?

I knew a peo in the 90s and early 2000 that ate one large meal a day with chicken or steak. Veggies.. rice.. the rest of the 5 meals was shakes.. some were whey mixed with a piece of fruit or they were met rx replacement shakes either plain or mixed with half cup oatmeal. This is nothing new. It works

Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.
    John 3:36
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
    Romans‬ ‭6‬:‭23
