Makhana has been a staple for centuries in India. The work of the people who harvest and process these seeds deserves more credit. I have seen the harsh conditions they work in to make a livelihood. Hope it helps them too!

I know people always rag on Barbra. But she’s actually very smart, funny, successful, & great shark to pair with. She doesn’t do a lot of deals. But when she does, she’s all in! And really cares about the company. Anyone would be lucky to have her.

You're probably just joking, but fiber is beneficial beyond constipation. Fiber can help people feel fuller so they'll eat less. Both soluble and insoluble fiber are vital nutrients beyond just making the bathroom easier.

I eat this product (Makhana) every week which I buy at Indian Grocery Stores. One of the top selling brand offers this in three flavors - Spicy Mint, Black Pepper and Chille Spice. My favorite is spicy mint.
Unless they edited them out, Barbara made an offer before hearing sales, sourcing, competition, or anything for that matter. Someone else needs to manage her money lol
