Do you find the hydration tablets make the bottles smell and colour? Even after a long soak and clean. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this? Do you have a link to the running vest?

Bit of both 😂 but I’ve found I don’t suffer too much with indigestion when running straight after a meal as long as it’s predominantly fast acting carbs and low in fibre/fat/protein (so jam on toast in this case). But each person likely to respond differently depending on your gastric emptying time etc

Thanks, I try a dash of Milton but it takes a long soak. Otherwise I use 3 or so bottles and rotate them thru each run
What is the eating mix? Just combination of nuts?
What was that device you used on your calves before your run?
Is the comment about not waiting for carbs to absorb a sarcastic comment or real? I always find 1 hr after meals is best or I do throw up
