As a late '70s kid, THAT is definitely another ship worth of replica that reside free in my memory! But... 1- first I wanna finalize the Yamato and see if I can find a way to add the only feature that bother me in my design: the "third bridge" that dang under the keel (it will make probably a "single point of contact" for the whole ship, when landed... it will be gravity defying, but it could resolve the problem of access from the ground - I had to make that sort of "cut" in the keel, shown here, to let persons move in...) 2- ... make a tutorial, with full list of the mods needed (sorry, consolle people... the whole ship is built on the premise of mods, on PC) 3- as my personal gif may suggest, as a favorite of mine, I have to build before anything else Captain Harlock's Arkadia... or better: BOTH Captain Harlock's Arkadias (the blue one, from the first TV serie, and the green one, from all the other media involving him) ... then there will be, very likely, the Blue Noah (at that point, probably, with some other ships from the Yamato universe too: the Andromeda... the smaller Cosmo Navy Battleships... probably even some of the enemy ships too....)
... also... I'm not totally happy about the position of the secondary engines: they should probably be one deck below the position shown here, and a little more recessed in the keel, to make the back of the ship a bit more sleek...
It's beautiful, I saw Captain Harlock ship build out there, but if I have to say which takes the prize, I would say your design. 😊 I take my hat off to you, good job. 👍
