    Always check first, no matter which muscle tester you are using, which is your yes or no. Ive been doing it for years and depending on the energy around me and how im feeling the yes/no response can change.
    So all you have to do is ask "can i have a yes" "can i have a no" your body will then respond and you will know for that moment in time what your responses are. This also helps build up self trust in your body and your higher self. And may even get your body to talk to you, so make sure you listen too. ❤🙏

    In fact, I was trying to find a good professional like my family doctor who passed and other specialists are not even close to his technique, which seems to be closer to yours. He also put supplements on a chest, for week spots on a brlly and even used colir filters to figure out emotional state.
    Do you you know by chance someone in greater Philadelphia, PA area, who really knows what he/she id doing? After a range of frustration I decided to google self testing techniques.

      Hi Roman, Thank you for your comment and question! I'm sorry to hear of your family doctor passing. I don't know of anyone specifically, but here is the TBM Practitioner's Website: old.livetbm.com/index.php?route=information/information/tbmpractitioner. You can put your city and state in the search box and it should bring up practitioners in your area. Each person will have a different specialty but ask for what specifically you are looking for when you call. Each practitioner does things a bit differently, so the more specific you are about what you are searching for, the better. I hope this helps! Heather

    Beautiful presentation! I've been health dowsing for many, many years with rods held to my chest. It works over 90% of the time. When I'm in public I use my right hand, middle and fourth finger, to be more discreet. You're right: when it involves myself or a family member and it's a tense situation, it's difficult. Example: Do I need to go to the hospital for this or will it pass? I used to be a Reiki master but had to quit because it brought on psychic & demonic attacks on myself and loved ones. Reiki results in miracles but it has a strong yin and yang. Thanks 4 sharing!

      Thank you so much for your comment! You bring up such a great point about energy work; it is so important to ground and protect yourself (with various different ways) to make sure you are playing with pure white light (higher power) energy vs. negative or dark energies/entities. I hope you return to Reiki (if that works for you) as a protected practitioner as we need more light workers in the world! Wishing you wellness always! Heather

    I am at a stage in my life where I am going through an awakening/finding my true self, and I feel like I have been lying to myself/not being true to myself, so can this affect the testing process? When I try it I stay strong no matter what.

    • @arizonahealingalternatives
      @arizonahealingalternatives  5 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hi Patty,
      You ask such a great question! Muscle testing, (and especially self muscle testing) can be very subjective and is strongly effected by someone's bias. For example, if I believe a statement is true or false, or in my practice, if I hold a vial to the patient and believe the vial is an issue for that person, then I can make their arm test anyway I perceive it to be testing (either strong or weak).
      The key is to be as objective as possible and not be attached to the outcome or answer. This is why when I test a vial on someone, I pull 5 vials at a time and test them without looking at which one is on the chest so as not to be biased with the testing.
      If you have trouble being honest with yourself, it definitely makes sense as to why you get a strong reply no matter what you ask. You may not be able to self muscle test at this time. I recommend continued practice as you go on your awakening journey to a point where hopefully you can be detached from the answer and notice a difference between a true of false statement, like you name, for example. In the meantime, you might want to see find a muscle testing practitioner or a friend who can help you.
      I hope that helps! Wishing you much success on your journey! Heather

    I have had this done by my naturopath several years ago, so I know it works. I have been trying to do it on myself and can’t seem to get a feel for it. I have tried all the ones you mentioned in your previous video and the sway test. Even when I say my name I don’t get the right answer. Thoughts on what I could do differently? Thanks!

    • @arizonahealingalternatives
      @arizonahealingalternatives  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Hi Jessica!
      When I started testing people, it took about 6 months - 1 year before I felt comfortable with the accuracy of testing other people. Self testing is very tricky and takes a lot of time to learn.
      It is very frustrating if you are using something that you know to be true and not feeling a difference between yes and no. If you've tried the different ways of testing without success, I would still encourage you to keep trying with things you know to be true and false. You can also change up whether a yes is strong and weak is no (or leaning forward is yes and backward is no) to be the opposite; for example, try saying your name and the weak is yes and strong muscle is no, or leaning forward is no and swaying/leaning backward is yes.
      I hope that helps! Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

      Thank you for the comment. As stated in the video, the center of the chest in Total Body Modification (TBM) or the Energy Medicine I practice, this part of the chest is used owing to the placement of the Thymus which is involved with the immune system. Testing here helps with harmonizing allergies and to test supplements too if the supplements can help overall health, which includes the immune system.
      In TBM and offshoots of TBM, energy clearings for all Chakras are taught, and I perform these techniques with my patients. When studying at a Traditional Chinese Medicine school for one year, (as explained in the Video, “Energy Medicine or ‘Woo Woo’: A Nurse Practitioner’s Story: th-cam.com/video/B559pov19I8/w-d-xo.html) , information about Chakras were covered and also herbs to open those Chakras.
      To your point, the center of the chest is also the area of the Heart Chakra, so I’m sure that placement in this area probably helps both the immune system and the Heart Chakra itself, something I hadn’t thought about, so thank you!

    Is the answer to the question? For example, do I ask: does my body need this supplement today? Or do I ask if my body wants the supplement today? Could that answer change from day to day? Sometimes, the body wants the same supplement, but on the next day, not? Or is this supplement suitable for my immune system/gut/mental health, etc? Can you give me some insight into how to ask the question please? Do you have a video on this? Thank you for teaching us.

    • @arizonahealingalternatives
      @arizonahealingalternatives  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi Isabelle!
      Such amazing questions; thank you for asking them and for your comments!
      It is so interesting that you asked these questions because I just made a video that will come out after the New Year about this very subject called, "Are You Asking The Right Questions?"
      If you are checking supplements, you are absolutely correct that it depends on the day and what you ask. For my patients, I'm first asking if the person is in harmony with the supplement to see if I need to help the body be more in harmony with it, or if the person needs to use a different brand in hopes they are more in harmony with a different brand. I ask, "Is this supplement healthy for this person's mind, body, soul, spirit...& in their best and highest good." After this, I ask do they even need the supplement, and if so, how often (i.e. daily, weekly etc.), how much, and for how long. You could ask something specific like, "Will this supplement improve my gut health, mental health, etc.,"
      THIS POINT IS VERY IMPORTANT: If the body tests that it needs more than the bottle/manufacturer of the supplement recommends, it could mean that the body needs a different formulation or brand. I never recommend or encourage anyone to go above the dosage recommended on the bottle/by the manufacturer or this could be dangerous, as there are many supplements that can lead to a toxic build up if too much is taken. This is why I encourage people to seek an expert at supplements such as a Naturopathic Doctor, since I'm not an expert at prescribing supplements. I outlined this in another video: th-cam.com/video/fmRRV4xJvPw/w-d-xo.html
      I hope this helps! Heather

    Can you do muscle testing for other things then consumables? Question like do I need rest or should I do *task*?

    • @arizonahealingalternatives
      @arizonahealingalternatives  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi Kirsten!
      Such a great question; thank you for asking!
      Yes, in fact in the Total Body Modification (TBM) that I perform on my patients, I am muscle testing for physical and emotional conditions and doing corrections to help resolve them.
      For self testing, the challenge is asking the right question as the body doesn't respond to "should": you may get a strong or weak, but it might not be accurate. Also, if you are emotionally attached to the answer, it can be inaccurate as discussed in the videos.
      Truly, muscle testing can be used for a wide variety of things such as how many hours of rest you need or asking if it is in your best and highest (healthiest) good to do a certain task etc.
      I hope that helps! Thank you again for your comment!

    Wouldn’t a weak response mean that we do not need that supplement? Does it depend on how you phrase the question for example, “do I needthis supplement,” and if I received a strong response, I would interpret that as “Yes, I need it!” I’m confused

    • @arizonahealingalternatives
      @arizonahealingalternatives  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi! This is such a great question! Thank you for asking it! Since you are self testing, the strong or weak response is whatever you make it to be. So, if you say to your body to give a strong response for yes (I need it) vs. a weak response for no (I don't need it), this should work. In addition to asking whether you need it, you can also whether the body is in harmony with it (whether it likes it or prefers a different brand). In what I do, if the body isn't in harmony with it, I will try to clear that if someone really likes that brand. You just have to be really clear on the question and what the weak or strong response means to you. I hope this helps! Heather

      Thank you for your question and for reaching out! Yes, it is also called surrogate testing as one person can hold the child while another person muscle tests the adult that is holding or in contact with the child.
      This sort of testing is very effective in cases where a child is too young to test or even in a child/adult with speech issues.
      The test can be done to correct conditions or even check for supplements!

      Hi Katie! There are many ways to do it, but I show a demonstration of this about 43 minutes into this video: th-cam.com/video/D4Pws17_FNg/w-d-xo.html. The bubbles are to try to protect the person's privacy. I'm sure some people hold the supplement in their hand to test as well. Let me know what works for you, and thank you for the comment! As always, be cautious with supplements as I never recommend taking over the amount suggested on the supplement bottle itself. I also recommend checking with an ND as they are the experts at supplements! I hope this helps! Heather
