    I use the first one you showed, the standing up one is not so clear when I use it so I don't And I use the pendulum and sometimes yes and no Tarot cards (just a beginner at that). But the finger muscle test I find the most accurate and maybe a little more bias proof is that you just use one hand. You simple make the OK sign and program the finger and thumb to be YES when together and NO when pulled a part. So relax your hand, then make the OK sign, ask your question and try to pull your fingers apart. When your answer is YES you cannot pull apart the OK sign no matter how hard you try, until you stop your question in your mind. It is FREAKY not being able to pull your fingers apart. So also, the one hand test (like the sticky test) is great when you're picking out produce at the grocery store. Nobody can see what you're doing so you don't look weird. Try it!
    Back to the pendulum, you may have done this . . . at the supermarket, just take your car keys and dangle them above the avocados to find which ones are ripe enough, or what is healthy for you to eat.
    Thanks for the youtube, didn't know about the scissors, the table one and the sticky fingers. I'll try them!

      I struggle(d) with all the other techniques until I tried the sticky smooth one and wham! It totally works for me and I can’t understand why some people can’t use it. But I’m sure some people couldn’t get why their chosen methods don’t work for me. And it’s so simple and subtle; can be done sort of “secretly”.

    How do you know you're not doing it consciously? Like, if I say my name, I know which is right so I'm expecting it to say yes. Or if I ask something and hope to get a certain answer, won't I do it consciously? I do not mean my question in a challenging way, but being new to this I find I'm anticipating what the answer is, knowing it consciously already, so I'm not sure I'm not influencing it too much with my conscious mind. I'd like to learn how to release more and let my subconscious do the talking.

      Hi NiRee, I know that a lot of people use self muscle testing in this way. I use it more for testing belief statements, when using PSYCH-K. It's important to remember that this is all about self-trust, and ultimately, you know the answers to these questions. It's also important to not give your power away to something or someone else. With muscle testing, you're tapping into your higher self or your subconscious, so it's still you that's giving the answer. Perhaps do some honest journaling to bring the answers to a conscious level. And then try muscle testing and see what the answer is and how you feel about what came up. Hope this helps!

    Thank you Holly! I had just asked a question whether muscle testing and using the pendulum yield the same results and voila you corroborated!
    My question.., it’s my understanding the answers come from our sub-conscious self. Does our subconscious self have all the answers? Meaning, if I pose a question to Spirit, is it the same thing as asking my subconscious ? And, if no, I assuming that muscle testing cannot be used to connect with Spirit? Would love your thoughts.

    • @HollyWorton
      @HollyWorton  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Great question! When I first learned muscle testing, I learned that it can be used to communicate with the subconscious mind and also the superconscious mind, or our higher self.
      The subconscious is the part of our minds that makes decisions without our needing to actively think about them. It's like a database of everything that we've ever experienced. It's not the same thing as Spirit.
      I'm sure different people will have a different answer to your question. In theory, everything is connected, so our subconscious would then have all the answers. I've never thought of using muscle testing to connect with Spirit. But when using muscle testing to connect with other people, you need to go into surrogation for them so you get their answers, not yours. So if you went into surrogation for Spirit, then you would get answers for Spirit.
      Surrogation technique is not something I can teach here, as I learned it as a part of PSYCH-K. But if you do any kind of energy healing, each system will usually have its own way of connecting with someone else for distance healing. That same connection can be used for muscle testing.

    • @gruvinggirl
      @gruvinggirl 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks @Holly. That makes sense.
      One additional question, is there a way to “blind” test to be more certain the answers are coming from subconscious rather than influenced from the conscious mind and what we might know or want?

    • @HollyWorton
      @HollyWorton  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@gruvinggirl You could always have someone else go into surrogation for you and muscle test for you. Or if you've got someone with you who knows how to do muscle testing with someone else, then you could ask them to test. But I have found this to be a very rewarding journey of self-trust in myself and in others!

    QUESTION: In a situation where there is a question concerning if a person is remembering something correctly and therefore
    telling the truth about a situation, can one use muscle testing to ask them a yes or no answer to weather they are telling the truth?
    And would that muscle testing answer be a 100% reliable answer even though they consciously don't recall that muscle test answer
    as being true?
    Can we use muscle testing in the form of a yes or no answer to test if someone is telling the truth as long as they agree
    to do this testing process? And how accurate would it be if they consciously are not remembering something accurately?

I'm not sure how to remove myself from it, so that the response is objective.
