Thank you so much for this video! My husband has a catheter in right now, and they sent us home with these but didn't tell me how they worked. So helpful to see it applied.
I still didn't watch this video but I want to thank you and your husband for this great channel thank you for your time and effort,do not get upset about the number if the comments and the views you doing great job 👏🏻,Bless you bless your family,Thank you both for this real great amazing effort! You both are great examples to follow
Thank you for this video it is so practical and much needed. Can you make a video on the different types of stat locks a nurse can use and how they are used?
I usually have to change mine after I shower so I only get a couple days out of it, I’ve tried wrapping it in plastic wrap and it doesn’t work is there anything I can try?
I have a Foley catheter and have gotten a form of hypospadias now most likely due from me not having a statlock in place and getting too much downward pressure from the catheter on my urethra
I'm a nursing student from Nigeria please can you do a video where you explain the differences between DNP, MSN and PHD in nursing also the pros and cons and the duration of the study .... Please ❤

This improved my at-home self care. Thank you!
Edit: Are the generic (velcro) devices as good as the name brand stat locks (plastic)?
How do you stop sores, discomfort & chaffing, when placed on inner thigh of females. Especially a larger lady.
I have a Foley catheter and have gotten a form of hypospadias now most likely due from me not having a statlock in place and getting too much downward pressure from the catheter on my urethra
How do you recommend using that stat lock with a 3-way catheter?
Can we have a video of cleaning and dressings for wounds, surgical sites etc...
After how many day we can change this
In the video, Sarah said usually change every 7 days from date of the adhesive placement. But, you would want to confirm your facility’s policy.
