Matter of fact, I invite you to run at this year's 2021 Kenya National Olympic qualification trials in Nairobi. Please enlighten yourself my sister on how people qualify to compete at the Olympics. All tribes usually take part. Who qualifies is another story. Asante sana.

That was the hard way to do it! 200m = 22.6sec 400m = 55,41sec therefore the second 400m must have taken 59.46sec. What could Pamela have done with a more even pace. 1min 52sec?
