I do have a legal question: you say to listen/review your calls. I reside in a 2 person consent state. I do not know what state you reside in, but I would have to let the person on the other line know (immediately) that they are being recorded. Is that what you're doing or do you reside in a 1 person consent state?

I contacted expired listings, but many of them didn't answer their phones or were rude.
Some answer, some don't. When you master the scripts, you can diffuse their frustration and engage them in conversation.
