Super easy to slap on some pulley's too, increase that pull.

Work's awesome especially when used with a port a rap. Then you can capture your progress and take it off the line. I think it's a kick ass tool to have in your kit!!

how do you think that compares to the maasdam rope puller?

Nice review! It looked like when you advanced the rope jack, the spar had a little sitback. Was it enough to make you fell uncomfortable, or was it minimal with your wedge in the back cut? Just curious. It looks like it could be a really good device for my solo work. Thanks for the video! I know how hard it is to find time to made, upload, edit, and promote videos.

Is the rope jack good for leaners?
Joseph Fiori i would say not really. More for fair standing trees that you want to get an advantage on. Also for rigging with portawrap to tension the line.
Hmmm. 4X the price of a Maasdam which will pull 1500lbs of tension and is easy to reverse. Think I'll pass.
