I have a razor kraken tournement v2 quality headset with no broken wires. It was literally working one minute. I take my headset off and there's no audio now.
I opened my headset there was no wire cut however it sounds echoey when I listen to music all I hear is the background music and not the voice of the singer. And when I speak to someone through call I cant hear them. Can you please give me an idea which part of the wire must I look into because I am so confused with too many wires like yours in the video.

Mine are not completely damaged i still hear sound but not clear it's a noisy sound, i checked the wires they're all still there, so can anyone here know where the problem is ?
