The cut from “Toronto has the hottest girls” to “I like to lay out like a dead fish” has to be one of the greatest transitions in any form of media ever
The major problem with Toronto, is that all the immigrant children are horribly rich and rely on their parents for everything. That's why they have these disgusting personalities and are usually brought back down to earth when someone slaps them or they finally end up having to get a job or go to rehab.
it's amazing how he genuinely engages w people that are so far detached from reality. He doesn't treat them like weirdos. He treats them like people...even w the girl talking about $$$$ing on people. he connects w everyone and passes no judgement.
@The4valanche I get your point. but just because everyone's own experiences are real, that does not mean they are living in the real world and within social norms for humans. For example the bippers on San Fran who are talking about it like they are going to work...the guy who thinks he is jesus...the girl in the example above...these people are beyond the fringes of social norms. What they are doing is real enough to them..but stealing from peoples cars and getting banned from auto parts stores so you can't buy spark plugs to break windows is the perfect example of someone who is detached from the reality of life.
@@FallOnThese You're confusing reality with social norms. What's the difference between a man claiming he's the son of god 2000 years ago and a man doing the same thing today? Social norms tell you that the guy who did it 2000 years back has the right to do it but the guy who's claiming it today is crazy. That doesn't make it real. Social norms tell you that it's okay for a rich guy in a suit to steal from you but it's bad when a poor guy does the same thing. You're the one who's detached from reality my dude. If you are in Canada, you should check St-Jérôme, near Montreal. Quebec is a really strange place. If you know, you know. no childhood trauma, living in a great country, living a normal life. Can never imagine, but hoping to get to know it one day.
Its too cold to be disagreable over here
canada is amazing this just toronto
If you are in Canada, you should check St-Jérôme, near Montreal.
Quebec is a really strange place. If you know, you know.
It's funny.. in the "drive thru" video, the cashier just looks like she doesn't understand english
and the customer sounds like a typical angry Karen...
It's like trying to order a coffee in the US speaking french..
There's a lot of people who does'nt speak english in Quebec, but in Montreal, almost everyone speaks english. Would be interesting to see one of your documentary exploring that bilingual duality ; and the culture and sub cultures in Montreal are dope !
Ohhh I know St Jerome. I stopped over twice there. Opening times on weekends until 17:00. Nobody else in Canada does that. Actually I lived in MTL for six months.
Andrew, you HAVE to go to Montreal now. It is another Canada, along with its own brand of authentic Quebecois madness and fire. Combines the chaos of Toronto with the chill and cultured vibe of a European city. Hands down my favorite city in North America. You'll find some equally wild characters there too, but with 100% more TABARNAK!
People from toronto think they have the hottest women cause they've never been to montreal.
El mejor país de chile (?)
@@android059 Canadians think Canadians have the hottest women because they’ve never left Canada.
He needs to go to Edmonton. He already went to Calgary, might as well swing back to ‘Berta. It would be the most nonsensical video yet.
@@android059 100%. Toronto ain't even close to Montreal when it comes to the girls. Bar none the hottest chicks in Canada.
As a former Toronto and current Calgary resident, I thoroughly enjoyed this. Thanks Andrew.
You are simply an aggregate now.
yuck

Hey man whats it like living in Calgary.? Not sure if i want to go down east or out west
@@pillcosby777 more jobs out west, nicer people and way more laid-back vibes out east. I've lived in 6/10 provinces
You have a talent for finding the weirdest people in every city. I’ve been to TO many times and never came across this craziness.
I swear this gets weirder and weirder and then I remember it was always weird. Props for showing us so much weirdness without desensitizing us to the weirdness
Andrew. You are a modern day anthropologist. You do such good work bringing us the full and beautiful spectrum of humans on the north American continent.
Also ur gay
We need to get this man to Japan before they ban filming
You've made an absolutely phenomenal and excellent video once again. Thank you for always supplying the community with your astronomically fantastic content. Peace, love, and blessings.
The Toronto Roadman accent is the pinnacle of all accents. It really makes me want to visit Toronto
Now I know why most of Canada hates Toronto
no we don’t it’s free entertainment
Most of Toronto hates Toronto.
7:55 "everyone in Toronto is like from a different place fam, unless you're born in Toronto." Wise words...wise words...
Channel 5 is true journalism. Masterpiece every new vid lol. The editing is incredible . I love the humor of course, but y’all are masters of the craft
Thank you for sharing my culture with the world Andrew
There was a brief clip of Debby in here.
She a Toronto Icon that got exploited on social media and sadly died of an overdose.
I had the pleasure of meeting and hanging with her a few months before her passing.
RIP Debby.
Do you remember where this clip was on the vid? Can't seem to find it
@@mog7501 8:25ish?

as soon as i saw her i paused and looked for this comment, it was so sad when she passed man i never met her but i'm local to toronto so would always hear about her and see her. RIP debby man gone too soon.
i remeber watcdhing her ig lives years ago, such a personality
I've lived in Toronto all my life and I've never felt so unaware lmao
Lol 😂
Every person in this video has been all over torono pages for years lol
I feel like they just make up the slang as they go lmao
Yeah, I think we've all maybe had a co-worker or two that was a little bit like this;
But these eccentric individuals probably don't represent the average person super accurately.
It was entertaining, though. Maybe I need to get out more.
I'm old I don't have any fuckin clue what's going on
I grew up with all the Somalian, Persian, Jamaican slang too but fuck me I never thought to freestyle
If I was was born in 2002 maybe I'd be in this video too
This is fkn hilarious, well done
Fire content. This dude needs to run for president ❤
Lololol the fuck
'toronto has the hottest girls' - cuts to sagi the poop girl 💀
She's a Toronto legend ey fam!
Don't be dissing my girl fam
can we get one of those "as a representative of the black community I'll have to respectfully decline" chains going in here
Andrew you and your team are doing something really special, keep it up and be safe!
I think I just found my new favourite channel
“Everyone in Toronto is from a different place..unless they’re born in Toronto” someone get this man a talk show
You're awesome. Honestly. You always keep me entertained, from start to finish. Thank you.
Yet again another unusually insightful video showcasing people’s viewpoints and attitudes. I truly appreciate the work and fantastic journalism that AC is committed to.
Just glorious! 😊
“It’s probably a bunch of greasers” I’m DEAD 😂😂
The rap/song edits are getting TOO good 😂😂😂😂
That was insane and transcendental, these new videos making me appreciate humanity more
come to toronto and hang out in a parking lot if it was that transcendental lol
2:06 holy shit it’s bucks b ballin, if you’re from Toronto you know about this guy haha
7:06
Once again Andrew brings it to the people of the world..sick editing and the hottest scoops fam xxx Big love Channel 5!
😂 just laughed so hard at the “greaser” vocab lesson
"Why are you so strong?"
Guy: "Uh, I lift."
Riveting
I find your work truly fantastic. It is a really interesting X-Ray view of north american youth culture. As a mexican I am looking forward to the episode from the amigas and amigos down south. Cheers fam!
Having a national sport is so cool. When everyone plays hockey, like damn near everyone, it makes it easier to actually play a sport with people in your community.
you know thats how most of the world works right?
football, soccer, basketball, beach volleyball, skateboarding, frisbee?
@@ripwinter562 No, but we can shit on each others chest hit me up
@@tugahenrik1 US national sport is Baseball. Although, Football has been overshadowing Baseball for some time now.
If you want to talk international that transcends language, culture, ethnicity, and religion, that's going to be Soccer (or Football if you prefer that term).
@@eatright909 I did say most of the world not all of it
"I would never cap on a legend" rizz off the fucking charts we love Andrew Callaghan in this house
Damn, Channel 5 is on fire! Love it 🎉❤
i WOULD NEVER CAP IN THE FACE OF A LEGEND.. DUDE YOU ARE THE LEGEND. Thank you for showing it how it is.
This video has made me regret telling anybody that I'm from Toronto. Andrew's editors made this video so much funnier though, the cut at 13:56 had me wheezing and the beat coming in randomly during some of the interviews was so good
Just went thru that part of the vid and scrolled down to see if anyone had said anything about it, damn that was hilarious
I can't believe he got through the whole thing with noone pronouncing the city as it is meant to be pronounced. It's ter-ranna, we all know it.
As someone from Brantford, yeah Greaser city, also happy to be included thank you
It says so much that the Algorithm recommends me home and personal defense items after watching your channel.
I love that you can be so serious and unserious interchangably. Sometimes, it's even confusing which is which. Which is half the fun of this channel.
Andrew is a legend!! Glad you're posting more frequently ❤
still the best journalism of our generation
The serious yet casually hilarious videos are amazing😂
Thank You AGAIN Andrew for coming back to US Viewers…As a documentary filmmaker, I absolutely love your RAW, UPBEAT, ACCEPTING approach to all the worlds “tribes”.
It's concerning that you class yourself as a documentary filmmaker yet you have zero grasp on grammar, have no idea when to capitalise words and for some strange reason you write random words in all capital letters. What kind of special needs is this?
5:58 the editor making the reporters talking a sicker flow than the girls actual flows 😂
Lol
Killin' me haha 🤣 Where can I get a "Let's make Toronto Great Again!" cap 🤪
Bro bucks is the best interview ive ever seen
Another absolute banger from Andrew and the channel 5 team!! Really looking forward to the Mexico video.
