    Thanks for you video. I also use my milk to make Golden Milk. I warm 1cup of almond milk and add a little tumeric, blk pepper, ginger and cinnamon a little maple syrup or honey and it's delicious to drink at night.

    This is super-useful and I love how you thought to give us follow-up recipes, but when you were pouring the milk into the pitcher, I 'bout passed out!     sooo ,i found out i loved almond milk about 3 months ago,my son can not drink milk so we started getting him almond breeze ,i never wanted to try it because i thought almonds and milk together? what? but i did try it and i never looked back,i love it,so then i decided to try making it myself because i heard it tasted better,here i am,and here you are,thank you for teaching me this,when i make it,which is today,im soaking raw almonds right now and will be trying every part on here,i will be back to tell you how it came out,im so excited !! eeeeeeeh

    I just made my first batch of almond milk. I must say I really like it. I tried the chocolate and strawberry I like them both my children absolutely love it. I don't think I'm going to go back to buy almond milk from the store. so thank you so much. Love your videos continue to make them.

    I absolutely love homemade almond milk and I don't know why I don't make it more often I'm going to go with lazy or out of mind for some reason cuz I do use a lot of almond milk wonder if it's cheaper to purchase almond milk than to purchase the almonds 🤔

    i always prefer blanched, but removing the almond skin was alot more time-consuming than i liked, but have moved on to oatmilk, which is cheaper, doesnt need to be soaked, and unlike almonds, doesnt put a huge burden on the earths water supply! am xious to make something with my almond flour, thou!! thx, :):

    I’ve always peeled my almonds because of the phytic acid/enzyme inhibitors thing! So you’re telling me I don’t have to peel the almonds!? 🤷🏼‍♀️

    That's Awsome! two questions; my almond milk came out with a little bit of bitter aftertaste, could it be because of the skin, and is removing it ethical? and what is vegan sugar :)

      We've never felt it was bitter, and never felt the need to remove the skin but you could. The taste of the water using could affect it as well. If you live in the US, some sugars are processed through bone char making them not vegan. If you live outside the US this is rarely the case. I just wanted to let you know that I made a batch without the skin and it solved the bitterness problem, I did a little search and it might be because of the variety that I am using, So I'm using the Persian variety which has a slightly bitter and strong flavor, I guess that's why.

    I’m trying vegan too but I am avoiding almonds. I’ve read some articles how lots of bees die during trucks transporting to pollinate for the almond trees. There are lots of other nuts alternatives, right?

      you would need to add cup the calories in the nuts and then divide it by how many cups total you have

      @@flasgior.6705 it will be less since the nuts were strained and that pulp has a lot of natural fats. Around 60 cals for a 8oz cup of almond milk is my guess. Of course no added sweeteners natural or artificial

      No unfortunately you can't. The soaking is so they become soft. Roasted is going to add flavor into the milk

      i used to have one when my son was a baby, over 40 yrs ago, when noone really knew anything about being vegan,,it was made from something very strange, but will try to remember what, but it was really tasty!!

    The music was so loud and the voice was so soft that's really annoying. When turning the volume down because of the loud music, it's hard to hear 5he voice talking. When turning the volume up, the loud music startled me
