I'll tell you what it is, I is a Yorkshire man ( strong in the arms and thick in the head allegedly) but you are my kind of man, you tell it how it is no bull sh1t I have no clue how I've cottoned on to your channel but it's great, I am working my way through your back catalogue. I am sad because I keep buying machines to do specific jobs/ contracts and then hang onto them, well you need at least an excavator, dumper and telehandler in the yard you never know when her in doors fancies an extension to the menage!!!!! Keep it up. Cheers.
Yeah people loves unboxing. But it is also a safety precaution as it keeps records of whatever might have happen to the product at packing and shipping (it also boost the number of witnesses if need be) 👍
Talking about the 8100 one gentleman mentioned putting a power star engine like I said before I have not had anything to do with tractors since 1990 and i can only think was this a later bsd engine I hope you can tell me more about this because you seem to have great knowledge about late ford tractors and new Holland tractors good luck with the project and I will slowly start looking threw all your other videos
The Powerstar was brought in around 92 for the 40 Series and used Fiat/Iveco tech to produce a Ford engine for the 21st century and many continue to work hard today.
Thank you ido not know if you had time to look at abom 79 on you tube one of his up and coming projects is about rebushing a kubota crank and metal spraying the input shaft and machining it back to standard 8am fascinated by his and you can learn a lot about repairing older machinery cheaper and more cost effective
Yes you are completely right there I often wonder how many 22 amp open end dynamos where changed when all they needed was new brush’s especially in arable areas or the worst one a5600 with water in the oil that had a motor fitted and when it was restarted there was still water in the oil and that was wrong was the little core plugs under the rocker shaft had gone that would be the first thing you check especially as the rocker cover was the first thing you removed
I know this has nothing to do with 8100 but a short video popped up this morning about you and George Saunders interviewing young man about ploughing they where using ford 4000 and a 2 furrow ransomes reversible plough I was going to ask you if you ever came across aman called John gwilliam he worked for ransomes I accompanied him a couple of times to farms to help set up new ploughs my main job being to alter wheel widths but I also watched and helped him set up the ploughs what a genuinely nice man a brilliant ploughman I got told in the early sixties he was world champion ploughman he think he lived around Hereford a few years later I was at a big ploughing match by Shrewsbury he was doing a demonstration for ransomes with a standard tsr 300 plough and there was more people watching him than a lot of competitors he was so good
In 1990 when I left the industry ransomes where still going but I heard a few years later they had gone I always thought British farmers where never loyal to old well established British companies they bought foreign makes because they where cheaper but they paid a lot more money for spares for years after we only sold class and new Holland combines but the ford dealer in shrews bury sold a lot of ransomes combines in the area and ransomes had developed a new combine in in late sixties and had asked the government of the time to give them a little help to get it in production but they refused and rest hi history
I'm doing a county 1174 up at present cant wait until can un box my cladding kit have a fair bit of welding to do first top video lad could we please see the john deere again maby a tour ??? Please
Talking about 8000 tractors the dealer ship I worked for only sold2 8200 I think they only made them for 2years one them we sold to a major contractor in our area used to eat starter motors I think it was about the time ford started experimenting with organic clutches and I think the clutch dust used to jam the motor I wonder if you ever came heard of the problem I never heard of it on 7910 or 8210
Very interesting I suppose all the main tractor manufacturers worked with the same clutch manufacturers and all tried different things over the years like the Dana clutch which was supposed to make a lighter pedal but used to wear the flywheel out a lot quicker
What the F*ck ? 🤣👍 I don't upload vids to gain popularity or become 'famous' - I just post stuff I enjoy sharing with like minded people. I'm not desperate for the approval of the fans so the followers I have are intelligent, understand machines and equipment and have a good sense of humour.
I just caught your video very interesting there must be a call for the product I don’t know if you realise the ford q cab and the Massey q cab fitted on the 500 series where both made side by side at gkn factory in Telford and ford where making tractors in America and Ireland and they planned to build a new factory in Trafford park Manchester but along came ww2 there a need to produce tractors quickly and cheap the standard fordson cost about180 pounds and could pull old horse implements where has the fordferguson cost almost 300 pounds and needed its own mounted implements this caused ford and Ferguson to fall out and after the war he went to standard in Coventry to make the tractors for him and the rest his history
Nice one Lord Muck 👍wondering if you'll do another video for our faithful friends (" Border Collie's ") and the charity's you've helped them with. As for George and his cream egg problem. Tell him, " either give them to Farmer p " ( because his daughter steals them ) or for a charity go and donate to people and dressed as the Easter Bunny. Do something good as you always do 👍.
It is, it's new and hard to see on camera. As it gets older the holes stretch and get bigger. The ones on the mudguard are quite big but down near the gear-lever they're still small.
I'll tell you what it is, I is a Yorkshire man ( strong in the arms and thick in the head allegedly) but you are my kind of man, you tell it how it is no bull sh1t I have no clue how I've cottoned on to your channel but it's great, I am working my way through your back catalogue. A great video subject young man, very much looking forward ot the rest of the series!
Great unboxing he could send a egg to all his subscribers 😁good luck putting them in 👍
I can defenetly agree with the sarcasm on the box opening
That's a pretty blue. What a great start having some quality upholstery on hand.
Looks good quality. Be Nice to see it all going together
That looks like a great kit and will really make the interior look like new.
One of the nicest colours of an interior in my opinion mucka.
I wonder how much that new interior will quiet things down. Good looking quality. Can't wait to see the install
Hard to beat a ford tractor. Love the accent
Yeah people loves unboxing. But it is also a safety precaution as it keeps records of whatever might have happen to the product at packing and shipping (it also boost the number of witnesses if need be) 👍
That's a good point 👍
This cab has massive holes in the cladding and is very stretched.
Gonna be interesting to see how you do this. Gonna have to do 2 here in the near future myself.
Yep I’m sad as f**k and like the unboxing vid .......looks good bud be nice to see it fitted 👍
First muckaa lol there based in northern Ireland hard to beat the quality and price
Looking forward to the install vid kurt .
That actually looks to be pretty good quality.

The modern way is to dump an entire component and replace it with new.
The repair and rebuild skills are slowly dying.
Proper job nice and thick, it should keep the cab a bit quieter and cooler 👍
Great video Kurt i loved keep up the good work mate people have ask you too video opening a box😂😂😂😂👍
Old Saunders is gonna love you mucka! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I didn't know him but have certainly heard of him.

Lord muck you've give you self a whole lot of work there
The alternative is to leave it in a mess and I ain't doing that.
Thanks Kurt great vid mate..
Good luck with the kit💪 one slip o the Stanley knife an it's no like a piece of metal u can weld together again 🙄☹️😂
I'm doing a county 1174 up at present cant wait until can un box my cladding kit have a fair bit of welding to do first top video lad could we please see the john deere again maby a tour ??? Please
I'll get a few bits done on the Ford then I'll get back to finishing the Deere 👍
Looks a good kit, lets hope that you dont need your stanley knife to trim it to fit.
I'm sure it will need trimming

It used to be a problem on some 50 series JD's.
Very interesting I suppose all the main tractor manufacturers worked with the same clutch manufacturers and all tried different things over the years like the Dana clutch which was supposed to make a lighter pedal but used to wear the flywheel out a lot quicker
Egg- cellent job 🥚 🤣
Good stuff 🤠
Oh Lord Muck. I've tried hard not to like you, but you are weirdly likeable!
Do well

Shame it's not dimpled like the original. Nice all the same though.
It is, it's new and hard to see on camera. As it gets older the holes stretch and get bigger. The ones on the mudguard are quite big but down near the gear-lever they're still small.
They let you out with sharp things again
