Next skip the bottle brush and emery cloth.. I know it was a quick fix but putting straight grooves in s cylinder is so wrong. carry a length of 1/4 round stock with a slot cut in one end to make a flap hone with the emery cloth and your drill.. I have made a few of different lengths.. great for loader pins
What city slicker type of school got mad at a kid driving a tractor in? Almost every rural school I have heard of kids either take a tractor to school because they need it for after school or drove one to prom.

Hi Bruce I think them engine's can go porous and I don't think you can put new liners in them so I would drain the coolant out and put the correct coolant in hope this helps 👍

Get you another rebuild kit and buy you another master cylinder take the old master cylinder apart soaking in transmission fluid well eat the rust and neutralize it
I drive my mower down the road every week with a 6 by 12 trailer behind it and I've never got pulled over once . I've been doing it for two years and Seed probably 20 cups.

If you count to three while its idling on the the thir count it does change pitch consistently sticky injector or loose or leaky line

You need a brake hone that fits in a cordless drill chuck, two or three stone to hone out the rust in the master cylinder.
I think you need to call it mighty mouse especially after you get it all going good. Great video can't wait to see what is next

i don’t think these engines had liners in them if i remember right..
Had a 9600 put a piston and rod in and used it for years after that.
Do you remember the custom handled pipe wrench you threw away ? Special made for tightening down steering nuts I bet.

Should be directing that injector line back into the fuel tank lol.
you should do a full restoration on it because it ran so well, before the injector lines
