Just wanted you to know that I made your psmf focaccia today. I messed up and it still turned out great. The directions said to mix everything in the bowl That is what I did. Mixed everything at once. Nothing was happening, so I added cream of tartar. Finally I got it to fluff up. Tasted great to me! Put olive oil, red pepper flakes and more garlic in a bowl for dipping my egg white bread. I was happy. Thank you for this recipe !)]

Just watched this video and had to try, so I ordered the egg white powder and made it today. It was a treat to dip it into garlic olive oil as a snack. I didn’t have liquid egg whites, only egg substitute which has a little more ingredients, but it still worked. I used rosemary and garlic and next time I’ll add the basil also. Thank you for the recipe!
I have not tried egg yolk powder but have tried adding egg yolks and I didn't like it. I like to eat this on Precision PSMF days so no egg yolks. For non-PSMF days, dipping in marinara sauce sounds great
😮 you know when you said the dollar store I'm like I got eaten in Japan I got square pants that I always use from the dollar store and they're perfect so I think I'm going to make this so I'm going to go back to the Dollar store and get two of those sizes it looks great and I want to make your pizza trying to look at how to go back and look at your videos and see what size pants do I need for the pizza

Your kitchen aid is old line my Mothers is. The motor broke and Kitchen aid wouldn't repair it. Do you know of anyone who can repair an old one like the ones we have? Love your recipes too! Especially Scotheroos and Muddie buddies! Thank you!
It's so funny that I stumbled on this recipe just now because I kind of made this by accident today. I was attempting PSMF waffles, but they were a total fail. I gave up after wasting half the batter and spread the remaining mix onto parchment, and threw it in the toaster oven in attempt to salvage something edible lol.
Hi, how you store this ? You mentioned the fridge, but doesn*t it get too wet ? Can I keep it outside as a regular bread in some kind of box or towel for 2, 3 days until finished ? yes, you can use whole egg powder but then it would not be considered good for Precision PSMF days. I sometimes add the egg yolks back in if I am making it for my regular keto days
Have you made deep dish pizza crust with this? Also...do you know of any yeast flavored flavoring extracts? (Not nutritional yeast which tastes "cheesy") I'm interested in flavoring that tastes like yeasty like yeast bread.

I love the focacia and make it more often than the bread. I have found that gelatin does help the texture of the breads

If the egg whites dont whip up and stay fluffy try putting a teaspoon of cream of tartar in with the dry ingrdients.

In the recipe you use gelatin but not in the video. Does it make any difference?
Initially I did not add gelatin and you don't have to. I do think it helps the texture
