This may be knit picking but at this price point I would’ve thought the tile back splashes in the bathrooms would be book matched so that the patterns in each tile would match and be continuous to give the impression of one single large slab.
*mentally I’m here, stepping out of that master bedroom and into the pool* 😍😍😍

The house is very nice. Toto toilets are a huge selling point. I'm not a fan of water jets in the shower as it uses 14 gal of water per minute (assuming 60 gal water tank) you will get like 4.5 mins of water. House may have 2 tanks though or some other kind of water system. What kind of pool is it? Salt water or Chlorine/Bromine. Should use some kind of shade or Pergola.
I also would prob want another laundry room on the top floor to wash clothes and use the downstairs for sheets and linens and then hang dry.
Nice in-law suite on the main floor. A car wash area with drain would be nice touch too. Needs a BBQ area and Gazebo. House is 10/10.

How deep is the pool?
Good question, I estimate around 1.35 metres deep - but I’ll confirm with the developer and get back to you.
Just confirmed - the pool is 1.4 metres
