This house is over 30 mins by Car from the coast…. I don’t know where they get the pricing from but it’s not worth it, Where do they think they are Florida ?
2 car parking? FINALLY an architect not being an idiot. Hate it when you have multi bedroom villas but hey, why would one ever need more than one car. Do not like the kitchen - without a proper wet-kitchen it means catering cooks in the open, and some women make a CRAZY mess. Open Kitchens - Show and Chef Kitchen.
These places never have an office desk. I guess they're marketed as vacation homes and they're worried that just the thought of doing any work from home would turn people off.
